Chapa De is the most amazing place with the most amazing staff.
There is no other place like it.
I continue to be impressed with the care and services I receive here.
They have done so much for me in these past 2yrs- more than any other Dr., therapist, psychiatrist, nutritionist...has ever done for me in my entire 36 yrs of living.

I am so blessed and thankful to Chapa De and everyone that works there. <3

I've been going to Chapa De for about 10 years now and I've had no issues except with Nurse Scott Dzurella because I found him to be very rude and he wasn't helpful at all but they quickly changed me to another Doctor when I requested. Overall I've had great experiences here on both sides Medical/Dental/Optometry and everyone has been friendly and helpful and have got me an appointment quickly

Today, August 23 at approximately 12:30, I was trying to speak to a receptionist. She answered very rudely, hung up on me several times, wouldn't let me explain, I just wanted to request that she send a refill of my medicine to my pharmacy, I just wanted to ask if it was possible, she yelled at me and also hung up on me.

I have not had a bad experience here. They have always treated me with such kindness and understanding. Dr. Oldach is my current doctor, and I have never felt more heard than I do now. He doesn't just throw medications at me and dismiss my problems because I experience things differently as a woman. I also dealt with their OB/GYN department when I had my daughter in 2022 and it was light-years better than my experience with UC Davis OB in 2009. I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

Dental needs to have floor distance stickers in their so called "check-out area" (walkway/hall literally) if the check-out lady with white hair has attitude about where people stand waiting for check-out. She needs to have better customer service since she quoted "HIPAA Violation" when I wasn't even listening to her talk with another dental patient/not even that close to them and yet she complained about me standing where people stand to check out. Plus I'm use to there being two people working the check-out because they are slow checking out so I had hoped another employee would acknowledge me to help sign out but no!. Do better Chapa🤣

I have been receiving care at Chapa De in Auburn for 3 years now. I have received great care while being seen at Chapa De. Everyone that I have encountered has been cheerful, professional and genuinely seem to care and their patients well being. All staff from the security guards, receptionists, phlebotomists, medical assistants, nurses and doctors have all been wonderful!
I look forward to my doctors appointments!

I have been coming here for years, and I bring my kids for their health and dental. The staff is very pleasant and considerate. Every dentist or doctor I have seen has been thorough, kind and caring. I feel very honored that I am able to receive care due to my Indian heritage.
