I couldn't be a happier with Dr. Ming Zhao. Best decision to switch to him from the Cattle Farm I was going to you. You know, the ones where it's one dentist going from chair to chair and rushing. Had a tooth pulled, no pain, no swelling, and he actually called me on his own time in the evening hours to check up on me. A great Dentist and person in general. His assistant(I believe is his wife) is fantastic as well. As long as I live in Temecula, he will be my Dentist. Thank you, Dr Ming Zhao.

Dr. Ming is an excellent dentist. He works with one person at a time and is very fast. I had four fillings and a cleaning in a little less than one hour. He does his own cleaning and his injections are nearly painless! His wife, Grace, is very efficient and nice and his assistant is great as well. Very well run office. Best dental experience I have ever had. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Ming Zhao and his staff are terrific!!

I changed dentists about 1 1/2 years ago. I was so impressed by the personal care and attention that Dr. Ming gave that we switched the whole family over to his practice. His services are top notch and friendly. He brings back the hometown feel that doctors should have with their patients. He does not overbook and allows the appropriate time for each appointment. We are never left waiting or feel rushed. He gives off the feeling of truly caring for you and your family's health and well being. The art of medicine is not lost with Dr. Ming with his excellent professionalism and suburb care.

Completely unprofessional and condescending. I came in because I chipped a tooth and had pain. The dentist , Dr. Ming Zhao asked me to identify where problem was without ever handing me a mirror and took an X-ray. Answering to where I felt the pain he later said I gave him the wrong information to where I responded I am not a dentist. I then asked why I needed an xray since he said he didn't see anything in X-ray. His wife the receptionist tried to explain starting with "when you get a mammogram". She's also never assisted, not sure if she is a licensed dental hygienist nor did she take the X-ray. I asked the dentist to explain as she began talking about breasts when we're dealing with teeth. He explained and I said I understood. Asking about the X-ray seemed to offend the receptionist/wife because she became argumentative. I explained I have the right to ask questions to where the dentist/husband said he had the right to refuse care. I said absolutely, he then asked if I trusted him and I said "yes that's why I am here". I stated I appreciated that they fit me in yet his wife again continued to argue and said she was just trying to get to the truth, I explained I'm not sure what is going on here I just want my tooth fixed. The dentist then SLAMMED his tools on table and said he would not assess or perform any procedure. I was shocked by the way they both behaved especially Dr.Ming Zhao and that a patient in pain would be treated in this manner. Imagine laying in the chair feeling attacked on each end. The lack of professionalism and respect was very upsetting. This is no way to treat patients and I hope they do better. I'm glad I was able to be seen elsewhere immediately. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Love this dentist! My family has been going here for the past 5 years. Grace is super sweet along with their dental assistant and Dr. Zhao is the BEST at his work. I love that you never have to wait to be seen you are in and out and get their full attention the entire time. I will not go to any other dentist now because I know my family is in the best hands with Dr. Zhao and the Chaparral Dental team. Thank you guys!!!

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Ming for dental care for a couple of years now. He is punctual and still flexible. He was able to easily diagnose a bad tooth that my old dentist had dismissed as being sensitive. He had the root canal done after hours just before thanksgiving. Saved me from mind numbing agony within 30 minutes. I cannot thank him enough for that. All our cleanings are gentle yet thorough and his availability is reasonable. He seems like a best kept secret.
