This office and its staff are AMAZING! Dr. Barnes is absolutely the best doctor I have ever met. He and his staff go the extra mile to ensure their patients are well taken care of and see the results they are expecting from braces. Dr.Barn and his staff is truly outstanding.The front desk staff is so kind and always make things easy for us. The staff is warm and friendly with kids.The waiting area is colorful and kid friendly.
Dr.Barn is always full of energy and has a great sense of humor and the way he greets and treats children is outstanding. My Daughter always felt very comfortable during every visit.We appreciate the thorough explanation of treatment options before performing any procedure. Loved Dr. Barnes and all his staff. In the year+ time my daughter has been a patient at this clinic, it’s been a pleasant experience. During the consultation appointment, Dr. Barnes reviewed everything, from the cost of treatment to what to expect during the process and what changes we should expect. My daughter made progress just as expected. The only downside was that when my daughter broke her retainer (which apparently is difficult to break!), I had to take her back in to get new impressions, then wait 3-4 weeks for the new retainer to be made and delivered to the office. During this time, she wasn’t wearing a retainer, and knowing how much time/effort/money we had invested in this process and knowing that her teeth would move because she wasn’t wearing her retainer for this lengthy period was distressing for me as the parent!

Our experience has been great. My son needed to have his teeth aligned for double jaw surgery. Dr. Barnes introduced us to Dr. Roser who performed the surgery. Dr. Barnes set the teeth up so well that the surgery recovery time was cut in half. I can’t say enough good things. Dr. Barnes is so caring and compassionate and provides great care to his patients.
