The staff and Dr Padma are all amazing! Anytime we have had any kind of dental emergency they work us in or they will ask for pictures to show the Dr and they stay available on text messages explaining what is going on etc. They are all so sweet and gentle. Kelsey up front always answers the phone when I have called and she is just amazing and so sweet! I am so glad I switched my boys over to this office. Thank you all for always being ontop of your job and being so welcoming!

My one year old daughter's first visit was awesome with Dr. Tashina Smiley. She was awesome with her. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect, but Dr. Smiley took care of it. Thank you all.

Absolutely amazing staff! Fast check in. Very knowledgeable doctor. Forever Smiles gave an extensive list of work my 3 yr old would need done...doctor at Children and Teens took actual x-rays and he only needed 1 small filling. Everyone was kind and friendly. Great atmosphere! Would give 12 out of 10!!

We had a great experience. I’ve always taken my kids here. While getting my child’s two teeth pulled today I got a little lightheaded and the nurses brought me an apple juice and crackers. They are awesome! Dr. Smiley was great with my son as she talked to him through the whole process.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I Took both of my children to Children and Teen Dental- Gardendale today. My little girl who is 18 months was not scared of them at all! They made us feel welcome and loved! My little boy who is 5 had some cavities that needed tending to. They took care of them today and we were still in and out in under 2 hours! I was so impressed with our visit today!

It was a perfect experience from the beginning to the end! This was my sons very first dental appt and Sarah and Dr. Nicrosi were so sweet and patient. Thank you all so much for a great experience!

The team here is awesome! From the moment we walked in, everyone was super friendly and made us feel right at home. My boy actually look forward to his dental appointments now, which is amazing.
