When I first found this dental office 6 months ago i immediately fell in love with it. The original staff were super friendly, energetic, kind and caring. The doctors were amazing. I recently took my son back for his follow up appointment a few days ago and boy how things have changed ! The girls in the front office are still amazing and so as the doctors however the assistants were not. They seemed very irritated and projected an attitude as if they didn’t want to be there.. it seems as if they do not have the personality to work with CHILDREN and that is a bit concerning because it is a CHILDREN'S DENTAL OFFICE !! One of the assistants came out of an operation room yelling at the other assistants for touching her chair.. not only was my son there but there was other children there as well as NEW patients and that was not cool. The assistants were also impatient with the kiddos especially at the X-ray station.. I get taking X-rays with kids can be challenging but your approach plays a big part of that. There was not much engagement with the children as they had to wait for the doctors to come and do their exams. A simple small conversation could have gone a long way.. The office still has the potential to be great but some coaching needs to be done as well.

Everyone at Children's Choice Arden was amazing. My child has significant dental anxiety and we traveled here for treatment due to lack of options in our rural area. We had hoped an appointment with nitrous would be enough to help with her anxiety but unfortunately it was not. Knowing we had traveled so far the office staff, dental team, and sedation team worked their magic to secure us a sedation appointment the next day so we wouldn't have to make the drive multiple times. They took their time to be caring, gentle, and explain everything to my child and put her at ease. My child is so comfortable with them now and says that they are the nicest dentist office ever. She has requested we make the journey here for regular checkups because they are all so nice and caring. If you have a kid with dental anxiety I highly recommend Children's Choice!

I LOVE this place!! I have 2 (ages 5 and 3) children, one on the spectrum and Miss Melissa was soooooo sooo good with my kids! Like they actually let her work on their teeth. The dentist was super nice and gentle! I wouldn’t have them go anywhere else! I am so happy I came across them because before hand it was impossible for them to get their routine needs. Also the staff is amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would! ?

Great first time experience there with my son he didn't cry or give anyone a hard time. Doctors there was so patient and kind with my son and made the process fun and non scary for him he seem really happy to be there and didn't want to leave

Horrible office staff so disorganized. My kid needed a referral to an Oral Surgeon, they told me they don't send referrals, instead of telling me they're to incompetent to log into their insurance account and send one. After two months of back and forth even my insurance agent said they were going to put in a complaint. Never taking my kids there again!

They are an all new team! Are very good with all children. Very clean office, you can understand everybody very clearly and are very helpful with paperwork and keeping the kids busy so you can get the paperwork done!

Every time my kids have an appointment they confirm it a lot of different ways. Now they text you and expect you to call to confirm as opposed to confirm with a c in the text like I did the last two to three appointments. Nevertheless, I called 40 minutes before the appointment and was told that since I did not confirm they cancelled the appointment. What was I doing on the phone—CONFIRMING. The text did not specify when the confirmation was required. Anyways they tried to cancel my kid’s appointment, while we were on our way. That was poor customer service, as well as taking money out of the company’s pocket. Makes no sense. Perhaps if they paid higher wages they would get better administrative staff who could provide better service and be better business minded.
