Everyone here is very sweet!! They make sure your surgery goes well and tell you everything you need to know. Great people from the front desk to all the doctors. I got my wisdom teeth taken out. I didn't even have pain after. I definitely recommend to go to this place!

My community is lucky to have Rancho Oral. If you need to see an oral surgeon, I recommend Dr Tyler Lee and his staff.

My primary care dentist referred me to Rancho Oral for an emergency extraction, and so, I arrived at his practice with short notice and in severe pain. The staff is caring and polite and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They were transparent and provided me with choices to cover the cost and insurance coverage.

A tooth extraction is not a fun experience, however, my procedure with Dr. Tyler Lee went very fast and my level of pain was very low. Amazing doctor and awesome staff.

Everyone here is beyond incredible at what they do, from doctors to front desk staff. I always get really nervous for medical procedures, like wisdom teeth extraction (which is why I delayed getting it done for so long). So I was definitely not excited to have to go in and make my appointment. But everyone was so kind and empathetic throughout the entire process. Dr. Lee especially took the time to hear me out, addressing my concerns and answering my questions in a thorough and gentle way. (Where other doctors had rolled their eyes at my fear of needles in the past, he was understanding of it. The assistants even took extra care during the beginning of the procedure, actually holding my hand to make me feel more comfortable as they got everything started.) To say I was impressed with my care here is an understatement. I felt they really cared about my well-being. The same day I had my surgery done, they even called me to check in and make sure I was beginning my recovery according to plan. Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough! If you need any procedure done, I can guarantee you'll be heard and taken care of here. Thank you to Dr. Lee and all who made my health a priority!

I wish I could really give this place a 5 star but no one disrespects my family. The surgeon was amazing. Raven and Lisa were amazing and the two nurses were amazing. I got out from getting my wisdom teeth extracted and had an amazing experience but was informed from my mom and sister that “Bobby” the lady that gave them the post op instructions completely disrespected them. She was rude and obviously hates her job. Something needs to be done. Totally uncalled for.

I had an impacted wisdom tooth extraction here last month. I had expressed that I had SEVERE ANXIETY about being put under to ever member of staff, from the front office lady- Lisa, to the doctor, Dr. Lee, to the DA. The doctor, Dr. Lee was amazing, the front desk lady- Lisa was great, the DA-Bobby was HORRIBLE. Just like the last review said- she was beyond rude, aggressive, and it's clear she hates her job. They called me and told me to come in 30 min later coz they were running behind, to which I oliged. When I was called back for my appt, I wanted to resched coz my aunt couldn't come back with me...Having been my first time going under, I wanted a family member to go back with me- to which she said no, its 'unsanitary'. Yet, the front desk lady, Lisa, was allowed to come back with me. Not sure what the difference between what she's wearing, touching things up front and taking payments etc. is any more sanitary than what my aunt was wearing... Not to mention the scrubs that they wear to assist every patient already being contaminated. As Bobby was leaning me back for Dr. Lee to administer the IV, Bobby told me "If she could do it when she was 12, I could do it." Every adult knows children are naive and don't know the difference between the possibility of life and death. I lifted my head to take a deep breath and swallow one last time because I was having severe anxiety and have post nasal drip that gets worse when leaned back, she pushed my head back down and demanded that hat I "Keep my head down." I think she thought I was looking at the needle, which I had specified that I'm not afraid of, like most patients I assist on. I had informed every one of the staff members, numerous times that I was just extremely terrified, anxious etc. Of going under. She then put a bite block in my mouth, and as I moved it with my tongue to swallow one last time before I went under, because nothing was verbaly communicated to me, it was just done like I was a guinea pig- she yelled to me "Don't move the bite block." Those were the last things I remember before the first time I ever went under in my life. I don't know if she was rushed because THEY were running behind. But how horribly unempathetic, unsympathetic and less than reassuring... She has HORRIBLE chair side manner, and it should be addressed by the doctor who owns this practice. I have been an RDA for over 11 years and have NEVER treated any patients this way... Even if they are tough, anxious patients. You're in the healthcare field, if you can't have sympathy and empathy- change you profession.

My daughter was seen by Dr. Pulsipher to have her bicuspids and an impacted canine removed in preparation for Phase II ortho 2 weeks ago. Everyone was very welcoming in the office and made my girl feel safe and they eased my nerves. The procedure went as planned and we were sent home with everything we needed. She is healing wonderfully and I would recommend this office to everyone!

Dr. Eckard is an excellent doctor. My daughter Annie T has a surgery today removing her wisdom teeth. The Doctor and his staffs were all on time and ready to see my daughter when we arrived to the office. Dr. Eckard took his time and talked to us and make sure our questions were answered. He even took the time and make a follow-up call to see if my daughter was doing ok after the surgery. That was very-kind of him. We would recommend Dr. Eckard to others.

This is the first review I've ever made. THESE PEOPLE ARE FANTASTIC. So first off the moment you enter this place you know what it's about. It had one of the nicest waiting rooms. Comfy chairs, magazines, a beautiful tv, and the women who worked at counter in the waiting room were very nice and professional. This was my first time here and they were able to take me in the day I called. They got us in ASAP. Everyone there was amazing. The Doctor, A+. The Assitants, A+. The Staff, A+. Honestly these people deserve only praise
