This is the absolute worst establishment I have ever been to. None of the employees know anything about the dental field, or how to run insurance, or even how to call in a prescription. Any lawyers reading this, I know I’m not the only one they have treated poorly or has had this experience. There needs to be a class action lawsuit to take them out of business and have every individual’s medical licenses revoked. They also need to have a much more stringent hiring process, where minimum requirements for communication, awareness, and overall minimal aptitude. Not one employee here has memory retention, nor can follow the doctors instructions. I’m sure Chris might be great however is surrounded by complete incompetence.

Dr. Sabourin performed two root canals on me today. Both procedures were pain free. He and his staff are kind and professional. Highly reccomend.

Dr is not friendly or accommodating. There was a lot of confusion and mistakes made on their part from the beginning of our appointment and front staff was kind and friendly to sort it out although it’s hard to say that’s how it was with the Dr and some of his assistants. The way he talks to his team and how he communicated to me made my mother and I feel extremely uncomfortable. We expected to be welcomed and treated with respect but that was not the experience at all. Hopefully this will not be the case for future patients/clients.

My daughter was treated horribly by staff and the "doctor" at all levels of her treatment. Christopher would leave her repeatedly during her procedure causing her to have to be numbed four separate times. One time the assistant even accused her of lying to get more numbing. She sat in the chair for over 4 hours. They called me (no "guests" allowed in the waiting room) to demand payment of $500. They only did half of the work, but still haven't refunded any of my money. My daughter kept calling me in tears about their treatment of her. She was literally traumatized from Christopher and his staff. We will never go back and I suggest anyone stay far far away from this establishment.

My story

I have not been to a dentist in 15 yrs and I needed to go so I went and found that I needed 3 root canels and was scared to death Dr Sabourin and his staff treated me like I was there only patient and Dr Sabourin is a master in his field!! He was so calm and humming to the music that was playing and I experienced nothing but absolutely Professional dental work. I will go no where else but to this gentleman's office!!! Thank you for everything you guys did for me!!

I am extremely afraid of dentist. The first time I went in they sensed my nerves and sent me away which I was okay with because my anxiety was to high. The second time I went in they had the doctor come in and explain everything that was going to happen and gave me time to ask questions. He’s a very calm person with a gentle voice which made me feel comfortable. Everyone was super kind and made me feel comfortable. I spoke to Eric over the phone multiple times and he is extremely kind which helped me feel better about coming here. The only negative thing I have to say is the girl who was training kept stabbing my face with a pointy tool and when I flinched the women watching over her said I’m going to feel pressure. I get that and I understand she was training but maybe try to be more careful when dealing with sharp objects around the patients face. I recommend this place.

I had to schedule 2 months in advance because that was the only opening they had. Now they’ve called me twice to push my appointment back but If I were late I would be charged 100.

My wife was referred here and had a terrible experience. She showed up for her first evaluation and was not notified that a child wasn’t allowed to be a guest. Then, they also didn’t know that she was pregnant even though our referring dentist provided them with the information and my wife had already told them over the phone. They denied seeing her because they claimed they needed a signed note from her OBGYN. She went to her doctor, got the signed note, and then waited another month to be scheduled for an initial evaluation. Today was her evaluation and when she called ahead to make sure her appointment was still good, the person who answered the phone said her evaluation had been cancelled and there were no notes as to why. She then offered to reschedule her another month out. Meanwhile, my wife is now 7 months pregnant and is experiencing a massive amount of pain and has to wait at least another month just for an evaluation for a root canal. Terrible service! We complained to our referring dentist and will not be using Dr. Sabourin’s office.
