The customer service was outstanding, and i was so pleased with the service I received . They went above and beyond to help me with my Invisalign. They made sure that i was comfortable when doing the treatment. Always made sure to tell me everything they were doing while doing it. Ashley was the assistant helping me through my entire treatment and on every visit she was amazing and so kind.

Been getting treatment here for a month, and everytime I visit I leave disappointed. A couple hours after my 1st appointment, my spacer popped. I was advised to contact them to come back immediately if that happens, but they don’t answer their after hours number. My appointment was on a Friday, and they aren’t open Mondays, so I had to wait 3 days, and go through an extra week of pain and not being able to eat after I got the spacer put back in on Tuesday. The guy I saw during this appointment put my spacer in the wrong spot, and I had to tell him to take it out and put it in the right spot. It wasn’t really a big deal, but this just showed me that they have a habit of rushing and not paying attention. Today, during my 3rd appointment, the lady chipped my tooth trying to force my appliance on. I am trying to give her the benefit of the doubt because I mistakenly thought it was ok to take my spacers out the night before to floss. At the same time, why are you as a dentist trying to force this metal cap on my tooth if it doesn’t fit? If anything, I should have just been sent home and told not to take my spacers off myself, which I would have obliged. Anyway, I’m currently looking for another orthodontist.

Not sure why my review was removed ( unless someone paid to do so) but this place offers the same quality service as Western Dental just cost ALOTTT more. My braces were removed (even though addition plans were made because my bite was not even) and I instantly noticed after they pulled one of my front teeth down then shaved the other to make them “straight” that we had different ideas of STRAIGHT. Because this aint it. Mind you my bottom permanent retainer also had to be removed and reinstalled because it was put on slanted. I got braces during COVID so I had then in longer then Expected. Had gaps open up several times between my teeth, even have one starting between my front 2 which is wild. I wear my retainer all the time and nothing helps.

After now having to pay more to go to fix these issues I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. Yes they are nice and friendly but Im about my business. My money and time overrides anything. When I first posted my original review they contacted me to fix the permanent retainer and remake my removable retainer but because they couldn’t get the impressions right ( and wanted me to be without one for weeks ) I never got a new one.

I have been using their services for almost a year and the invisilign treatment for straightening my teeth is top notch. I had little to no issues with the staff and it's a pretty straight foreward process after the down payment and training on how to wear and take care of the invisilign. If you don't want to get bamboozled and swindled by Western Dental when deciding to get Braces or Invisalign, Chun Orthodontics is the place to go
