Dr. Kwak is amazing! My daughter absolutely loves going to her appointments, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Kwak's ability to make every visit a great experience. She has a natural way of making kids feel comfortable and relaxed. Plus, my daughter looks forward to the snacks in the waiting area, which is always a fun treat after her visit!

On top of being so great with kids, Dr. Kwak has impressive credentials and extensive experience in orthodontics.

The office is always spotless, and I especially appreciate how hygienic everything is. As a germaphobe, this is a huge deal for me, and Dr. Kwak and her team never disappoint. Dr. Jinny and her team are lifesavers!
I had a permanent retainer (installed when i was a teen) break last Friday and was having my speech, eating, and general quality of life impacted. Most orthodontists that I contacted refused to remove it without installing another one, and the ones that would didn't have availability until the next week. After suffering through it for a day, I reached out to ClearWave, and they were able to book me for a same-day appointment on a Saturday no less! Dr. Jinny was able to remove the retainer at a third of the cost of my other quotes, and educated me on my options moving forward without being pushy. I couldn't recommend a better orthodontist!
