I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with Clovis Crossing Dentistry. I had a molar treated here, and instead of placing the necessary crown, they used an inadequate alternative. This decision has caused ongoing issues that could have been avoided with proper care.

Beyond that, they seem to prioritize upcharging rather than patient care. I was charged extra for a cleaning I didn’t request, and the entire treatment process was unnecessarily drawn out. The costs—even with insurance—were outrageous. To make matters worse, the frequent turnover of front desk staff has resulted in billing errors, including charges for services that were never rendered.

I know they don’t have many bad reviews, but based on my experience, I strongly urge you to seek dental care elsewhere. Had I known what I do now, I would have considered legal action for malpractice. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—find a provider who genuinely prioritizes your dental health.

Outstanding staff and dentists. I was checked in quickly and treated by professionals who genuinely care. If you’re lucky enough to meet Juanita at the front desk, she’s awesome. She always calls me by my first name and makes me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend this place.

They add extra services without asking and then charge you for them.

They were not like this before, I’ve been going here for about 5 years. Staff used to explain in detail dental work and charges but now it’s different. I think the hiring department has not been hiring reliable or experienced staff. The dentists are good but the staff around them have horrible customer service and don’t tell you what they’re doing.

Update: Clovis Crossing responded and refunded in a timely manner.
Advice to Dental Clinic: For future reference, please respect your patients by Always providing them with the information of extra fees not included in their insurance plan before hand, in Every visit.

Horrible Service! In 2024 the office was open on Saturdays for all types of appointments, as of December only the dentist are available later on in the day and on Saturdays. Due to my employer I needed a dentist who has office hours later in the day or on weekend. As of 2025 that is not the case. I've attempted to reschedule a cleaning appointment that was canceled in December only to have the scheduler never call me back. Very disappointed in the service provided.

Everyone from this office is always very kind from the front desk to the dentist chair. I came in with a large cavity and crack in my back tooth. Dr. Sood and his staff helped me out. Never once did he make me feel bad. They work with my insurance, I think many people who might complain about pricing don't ask for all of their options or do not clarity what their specific insurance covers beforehand. I have yet to have a problem with them. Special shout out to Daniel who went over the financials with me.
