Loved my first experience at Dr. Lindsey’s office! Had less than a year treatment with him and just went in for my 3 month check up after getting my braces off and I can’t tell you how happy I am with my results! Def recommend.

My daughter could not say enough great things to say about Dr. Lindsey and his staff. She dreaded getting braces, but Dr. Lindsey and his staff made the experience incredible and she was excited to come every appointment! I went to Dr. Chun about three years ago. To get a permanent retainer. I kind of got talked into getting my restraightened first. I think communication was poor and in several ways I felt misled. The entire time I could not close my mouth or chew food. I eventually had to end treatment due to feeling That I was not accurately told how long I would have to have braces on. When I left, my bite was worse, and I still could not fully bite my teeth together while chewing. I had to choose to not wear the retainer so that my teeth would go back to normal and I could bite down to two food again. Although I came initially just to get a permanent retainer in the end, the way they had changed my bite made it so I could not get a permanent retainer as my teeth were pushed too close together, which was the whole point. I really feel like I burned $2000. I guess my main complaint would be that communication was poor, and we were not on the same page and also every month when I came in when I told the assistants that I could not chew food, they were very dismissive of it and it felt like not a lot of attention was paid to Getting my teeth aligned correctly.
