I live in Palmer Lake and have no issues driving all the way up to here! I started going to here about 18 yrs ago and then our insurance wasn’t covered anymore, but in our newer jobs now I was excited to learn it was again and so I started going again a couple of years ago. Dr Krendl and his staff are really amazing and do a wonderful job! I don’t love going to the dentist in general but they really ease you and make you comfortable through everything. They have the latest and greatest in technology, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences here!!

Dr. Krendl and team are simply a great dental team! They’ve helped restore my gums and teeth and always provide excellent customer service and experiences. The entire team shows compassion, provides quality care, and is relatable and fun to talk to. After more than two years of visiting the office I feel Dr. Krendl and his team are my friends and someone I trust!

Extremely predatory, all they care about it charging you as much as possible. They lied to me every step of the way. I was told my insurance was approved. It wasn't, so I had to pay $300 out of pocket for a cleaning. I was told fluoride wasn't covered by my insurance (nothing was covered, turns out) and was told it would be $20. I was then charged $50 for fluoride, so they lied about the price. They quoted me $900 for a night guard and wanted to fill my cavity that week. When I went to pay, she told me I needed to pay upfront and that once the insurance claim went through, I would be refunded the amount covered. They lied again about my coverage and DIDNT EVEN SHOW ME an itemized bill before charging me $300. I had no idea what I was paying for, and they knew that. I have never had a place charge you and tell you that insurance will refund you. They will lie, upcharge, be dishonest with prices, and not be transparent about your bill or your insurance. They must be desperate for money. Do not trust this office. The whole team is in on scamming you. No respect for their customers. You should never be asked to pay without seeing your bill first. They know how to confuse you and steal your money all under the guise of being helpful.
EDITED: The manager contacted me and refunded me $100 and explained to me that the receptionist doesn't work there anymore. She did a good job talking to me and trying to make it right. I still feel that the way the pricing was not explained to me was unjust.

They spent the time needed to create a temporary crown. Also they saw where our previous dentist had improperly put the first crown in and that was the reason the crown failed. Thank you Colorado Dental Arts.
