If you have the opportunity to use this facility you definitely should. From beginning to end everything about my experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing. The facility is amazing. I was given warm blankets without having to ask. This really meant a lot to me. Thank you to everyone who I interacted with there. The technician was absolutely awesome. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Colorado Springs Imaging is always my preference. The staff is polite and helpful. I have been many times and never had anything but a positive experience- whether in person or on the phone. Today I scheduled tests with Linda Rogers. She was wonderful, helpful, empathetic, and funny. Yes, funny, friendly, and kind. No, I did not know her and she is not a relative. She was just truly a positive person who made me feel comfortable.
The facility is always clean, and the employees kind, helpful, and professional. I won’t go anywhere else. (As a bonus, their fees are better than any other place in town!)

The front desk staff were very energetic in getting me in quickly and also the X-ray tech because they knew I had a 2 and a 1/2 hour drive into the mountains after I got done just as the snowstorm was starting. They got me in quickly and out of there quickly. Kudos to all those involved. Just wanted to let them know that I did get home safe.

Edit: they replied, but it is just the cookie cutter reply they put on all bad reviews. Nobody reached out to me, I doubt they even told any “Area Manager” if they even exist.
We got an appointment with UC Health for the next day and no problems with billing. If possible, anyone considering these people should go there instead.

My wife scheduled with them and they told her they had her scheduled for February 19th, but turns out they messed something up on their end and actually scheduled her for March 19th. Then they didn't have anything earlier and didn't care that their team made an error on her appointment and made no attempts to reconcile the issue.
They also wanted us to pay out of pocket even though our insurance would cover the appointment. After talking with their billing department, they said they could "bill the insurance first" which was frustrating that I had to take time out of my day to request them to bill our insurance first when we already provided the insurance information up front to them.
Both the billing and scheduling departments seem incompetent, error prone, and don't seem to care that they are being borderline predatory. I would recommend scheduling with another place because this place won't give you good care.

Overall the experience was excellent. I found the place very easy with the directions, when I checked in they were all friendly, polite. For me and my experience you're better off doing the check-in on the paperwork instead of on your phone, my phone was too small and the screen size, LOL. technology is not my best suit. Got in very quickly after doing the initial paperwork and check in. the technician was excellent, she explained everything step by step, easy peasy. I'd recommend this Imaging if you need a Imaging of any sort.

The actual facility including the technologist and so forth were very good, and the read on the study was done after a day which is also a very good turn around time. However, I rated the facility a lot lower because they did not disclose a 40% price increase from when the study was initially booked, and refused to honor the original rate. That is really beyond the pale.

Courtney is always a joy to see. I feel like I have been visiting Colorado Springs Imaging since December, but every visit is a pleasure. Love ‘em. Patient, helpful I have MS. Moved from AR to COS, I am used to MRI q6 months. COS Imaging “what music do like?” Making sure I was comfortable and relayed info and STOPPED to let me just wiggle and h2o……Kudos to COS Imaging—- but “shrooms”. Would make it really GREAT——there’s some really good SKA sounds
