Came in Thursday morning for a walk in emergency dental appointment for an infected gum. They sent a prescription down to their pharmacy after my appointment. I went down there and they said their systems were down and that they would likely be ready tomorrow and that they would call me.

I waited until 4:30 next day, no call so I came in and they then told me that the provider faxed in my prescription so it’s still not ready but they could send it off to another pharmacy if I couldn’t wait. I said yes please and to send it to steilacoom pharmacy. Now I’m on day three and safeway has no record of my prescription, and Il have to wait until Tuesday for community health to open back up, five days while this infection persists.

I’m suing him.
I gag and sometimes vomit because of what was done to me by Dr. Stevens and his cohort.
My condition is getting worse. He caused brain and body damage. Not to mention or repairable damage with pain. Btw he made a deal to pay another dentist and then lied and said he. Ever said that.
I complained to DOH, they let him get off with a defamatory response and I never saw it until I requested the file after all was said and done . Gotta sue em. Represent self in civil superior court. Get a paralegal for forms- if you can’t get a lawyer.
Dr. Christopher David Steven’s overdosed me twice with lidocaine. The first time by injecting my face instead of gums. His assistants don’t stay sat down with him the whole time, they’re up and about. The 2nd time he said another procedure needed to be done and came in with a toxic dosage of lidocaine, it was a large coke that you prob don’t see in a dentist clinic. He then had his brother perform the procedure. The chart notes show his brother said he injected me , idk how much. Mike knows about Dave’s roundabout ways.

Dr Morales was amazing! He has great bed side manner. He was very informative and talked me through each step of the procedure. Not to mention the consultation with him was very reassuring. Shout out to Kailee as well for making me super comfortable. Will be requesting these two in the future!!

Dr. Morales is the best dentist I have ever encountered. He was straight forward with me and still showed concern. He listened to me and that is very important in my opinion. I didn't feel any of the shots, no pain during procedures, and healed wonderfully. I used to dread going to the dentist, however my experience with Dr. Morales was 100% awesome. Thank you Lakewood community dental and especially Dr. Morales. Much respect.

Super efficient if you have an appointment! Very caring staff as well. If your appointment is at 9:15 or whatever time that's when they bring you back and you are taken care of right away! Very diligent as well. I saw Dr. Morales and he was awesome. The assistant was wonderful too, same with the front desk. They really do care and don't treat you like a number.

Have a small infection, I go to the Tacoma one normally. I am living down south of olympia for these 4 weeks, the office in TAC town told me to come here for antibiotics. This dentist turned me away. Would not even see me. Says to wait until the 26th to get antibiotics (13 days). This dentist is lazy, doesn't care about patients he doesn't know. I'm someone else's problem pretty much. Also they don't let parents stay with their kids when they get treated. This Dudes a little creepy if they won't let parents at least sit in the corner during their child's treatment

I went here earlier In the week to attempt a walk in appointment. They claim to take walkins basically all day. They were not able to take me at the time and they asked for me to come back at 12. I work so this was not possible. I asked if I could just make an appointment to get established as a patient. After a conversation, I was told I could only come is AS A WALK IN to establish care and to be seen for the one tooth that is giving me a problem. At this time it was suggested that I come Saturday and they open at 6:30 am.
I arrived at 6:15 and was checked in at 6:20. At this time there were two patients ahead of me. No big deal! As I waited, one man arrived said he had an abscess. There was a bit of talk and then he left. A second man came in with his face swollen and he was told he was going to be able to be seen.
Two ladies and their children came in at this point for scheduled appointments as well. I had been waiting for 2hours and I had not heard a thing. So I decided to ask if and when I was going to be able to be seen. The girl says “oh I forgot about you, let me check.” She came back with the I don’t know?
I told her that I was told to come in today (Saturday) to be seen as a walk in for my hurting tooth and to establish care. The girl wanted to know who told me that information. I pointed to the chair the lady was in the few days prior that I had been there.
Then another lady approached and said, well yes you can set up an appointment to establish care. But not to be seen for your tooth that is hurting!!!
Well what the heck is it? Because none of what you’ve said actually makes sense. As I turned around to walk out one of the ladies that was waiting for her appointment said “I’ve heard them say the same thing before”
Another words, you may be lucky to be seen as a walk in. NO you cannot establish care as a new patient, unless you come in as a walk or rather yes, you can make an appointment? I would not send a soul here after this experience. I’m sure there is better places to get care! Please post if you have a good place to go..

Hands down the best, most gentle and kind, intelligent dentist I’ve ever seen in my 25 years of life.
Dr.Morales was so gentle with something as harsh as an extraction. I don’t know how he did it. Highly recommend him, and his assistant Amber was also AMAZING. Dynamic duo.
