During my first visit to this dental clinic for an emergency, I contacted them in the afternoon hoping for an available slot. Tommy, the receptionist, went above and beyond. She not only listened attentively to my urgent situation but also managed to fit me in on the same day. Their check-in process was seamless, and the office was impeccably clean. When it came to check-out and scheduling a referral appointment, Angie, another receptionist, was incredibly helpful.

Dr. Park, the dentist, deserves special recognition. Their expertise shone through as they attentively addressed all my concerns, providing comprehensive advice and a valuable referral. I'm thoroughly impressed with this office and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone in the area. While no place is perfect, giving them a chance despite potential shortcomings is worthwhile.

First time patient. Let me tell you it was an amazing experience since you enter the office. Angie the receptionist is very helpful and they have appointments available almost right away. Tiffany, who did my x-rays was amazing and very pleasant to talk to. Dental hygienist, Susan, was extremely helpful and gave me so many tips how take care of my teeth; she did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was very informative and gave me treatment options. Definitely staying with them for the long term. Thanks again!

I have pretty bad social anxiety and it gets worse in public spaces and intensifies at doctor and dentist visits lol as I'm sure it does for lots of people as well. But I will say first day I went in everyone was amazing from the receptionist to the dentist. They let me listen to music while fixing my broken tooth and made sure I was comfortable but I was still anxious. Second time around receptionist was a sweet heart and scheduled me with Corin and I can honestly say I have never been more comfortable in my life while getting a cleaning didn't even have to listen to music she was amazing and was very informative on tips on how to keep up with my teeth and even my diabetes. So glad I came here and will be getting all my dental work done here from now on.

I had been suffering with a severe tooth ache over the weekend. All night I had unrelenting pain and was unable to sleep! I did not have an appointment. I called early in the morning and asked to be added if there be any cancellations. The person answering the phone was able to secure and appointment and within 20 minutes I was in their office and was seen by my dentist. All the staff I came in contact with were very caring and concerned for my health. I am very pleased to say that today, I received prompt, courteous and professional service. Unfortunately, this place is a little scammy. If you have insurance and it's your first visit, they'll force you to schedule a "deep cleaning." This means, you have to schedule a second visit and during that visit, they'll numb your entire mouth before the cleaning and then scrape all under your gums. Apparently, they really push this because after my two min evaluation, the guy in line in front of me to check out just had his done and another guy waiting was about to get one. The dentist also told me I had a few "tiny baby" cavities and that she wanted to fill them "just in case" during my next visit. I asked, a few? What? How many? And she responded, "seven!" Given the vibes to rack up a bill with my insurance at my personal pain expense, I decided to not book further appointments and went somewhere else for a second opinion. Shocker: no cavities and I got a normal cleaning the same day.
Pros: Scheduling is convenient. They have text available and responses are fast.
