Employees said that drug test wait times was 2 hours (at any time), actual wait time is 3 hours or more! Not possible to make appointments

At the 3 hour mark, I just left

Employees are overwhelmed with the sea of people that continuously arrive, and obviously not in their best mood. The clinic is full time collapsed.

Daisy saved the day for this review. I was waiting for hours in the waiting area to be seen. Damn near everybody that came in after me were seen and leaving. It took everything in me to remain calm. I said something to the lady at the desk and I was told they’re waiting for a room for me. Finally I was called and I can say Daisy was the best. She was quick, informative and knowledgeable. She was Awesome! Her and Dr Liu were great!

I had an amazing experience during my visit! The nurses were incredibly friendly, professional, and made all the tests and screenings feel easy and even fun. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the process. It was a refreshing experience, and I’m so grateful for their care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the service provided at this Concentra location General Washington Drive. Very thorough and professional. It is a very busy location as well. I had no prior engagements so it was no problem for me. I usually arrive at this location at first opening which is 7:00 am -6pm as of now…..but because there was a problem with my paperwork from my company and availability of an x-ray technologist I had to come back the following day. I was taken care of in a timely manner considering the amount of people there for employment screenings. I recommend not having anything else planned/appointments scheduled and PRACTICE PATIENCE. It can take 2-3 hours for the process but they will take great care of you.

The front desk has certainly gone out their way to take care of me. EVERYONE is so down to Earth.

I had a very disappointing experience at this facility several months ago. The staff members who assisted me was unprepared and unsure. They were guessing whether my TB test was positive or negative based on my questionnaire. They haven’t even administered the test yet. If there's uncertainty, I believe it's important to seek guidance. When I returned to have the test read, I was finally assisted by a knowledgeable staff member. I heard that the location where the test was administered was too high up on my arm. Additionally, the paperwork was filled out incorrectly, as the name of the person who administered the shot use the name of the female colleague she was with. The colleague was just nearby and heard them talking. She looks clueless. Hopefully, the staff has since received additional training to improve their professionalism and accuracy.

I recently visited this urgent care facility for a routine work-related screening, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were respectful and polite, making me feel at ease.

The facility itself was clean and well-organized, with a comfortable waiting room that made the short wait feel even shorter. Overall, I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, and I would highly recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need of medical services.

Came in recently for a sports physical and waited almost no time. Not to mention the amazing customer service from Daisy and Felicia both were caring and knowledgeable. Would recommend this concentra over any lab corp.

I’m not someone who gives one-star reviews easily, but unfortunately, my experience at this clinic was so bad that it simply cannot be ignored.

If there were an option to give less than one star, I absolutely would.

I came in for a simple drug test, yet I had to wait from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM — an unacceptable and exhausting delay.

There is a woman working there named Sara who was extremely disrespectful and acted in a clearly discriminatory way. It was obvious that those coming for drug tests were being ignored, while others seeking different services were given priority.

First, the waiting time was ridiculously long, and no one offered any explanation or apology. Second, the staff were completely unprofessional, lacking basic politeness and courtesy — as if asking a simple question was bothering them.

What shocked me the most was the blatant favoritism. Some people were given priority simply because they spoke louder or seemed to know someone on the staff, while the rest of us were left waiting endlessly, regardless of how long we’d been there.
When they finally called my name and I approached the desk, the staff simply went to the back and left me standing there with no explanation or even a “please wait.” It was frustrating and humiliating, to say the least.

I do not recommend this clinic. I truly hope they work on improving their service and learn to treat all patients equally and with respect.

Staff is nice. Kind and polite. However, whoever is running this place needs to do better job of managing. ONE doctor. A 2pm apt is seen at 3:30pm and it’s 6pm still waiting for the doctor.

Wait time was a little longer than desired, but less than an hour isn't bad for any doctors office. Employees are fantastic, very nice and very helpful. Chris and Stephanie are the real MVPs. It helps I had direct contact with both of them. They were beyond pleasant and helpful. I would consider a raise or bonus, especially with how many hours they both do daily.

Staff was kind, professional and courteous. There were about 12 people ahead of me and they kept everything moving! I really appreciated their efficiency. One of the managers even came and apologized to me for things “taking so long.” But she didn’t need to. They were very efficient and well-staffed.
