I've been a patient here for about 10 years. About 3 years ago, I switched providers because things felt a bit disorganized—I even had to pack lunch because I’d be there all day, not going to lie.Recently, my current provider passed away, and since this clinic is closer to home, I figured I’d give it another shot. And honestly, I’m so glad I did! The experience has been amazing. I’ve now switched all my kids, my wife, and even my mother-in-law to this clinic.
The front desk staff is incredible so friendly and welcoming. Plus, appointments are never booked out too far, which is a huge bonus. If you're searching for a new provider, stop looking. This is the place you’ve been hoping to find!

I was recommend this place by a friend who went here and they told me that it was a nice place the staff was amazing and kind. So I came here for some concerns I had and safe to say that I was not disappointed. The Nurse Jasmine took care of me and she was amazing answered the concerns and questions I had. I was looking for a new clinic since the one I used to go to was too far and not the best so I was looking around and saw this place. Read the reviews and saw that this was a good place. Came here and the reviews were correct the staff and the front desk lady was very nice and polite. Answered any questions and concerns I had. Loved the nurses they all seem so caring and lovely. 10/10 would recommend and come here again in the future.

I have been coming to this place for a long time. I have seen all the new changes and progression of this clinic. The staff is amazing extremely helpful. Jazmin has always found a way to help me with anything I may need. The doctors are knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new provider.

It was great experience in my opinion, they are a bit strict with late appointments, but it's understandable patient do have to be earlier then their appointment. They still took me in since I was only 4 mins late, apart from that very nice polite ladies upfront, with a smile which made me feel welcoming.

I’ve been with Dr Ela for 6 months and she has been an amazing provider. The office staff is friendly and helpful, they have helped me on numerous occasions getting documents together for school requirements. The environment is very clean and welcoming. If you’re looking for a doctor in Fontana or the surrounding communities, I would highly recommend this office!

I have seen Dr. Fiorella Zambrano and she has been wonderful. when I was having issues with my stomach she sent me for care immediately. I felt listened to, and cared for by the doctor and the staff. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family. The office staff has been helpful and supportive with all my questions.
