Just had my first visit to the dentist in a very long time. The staff there was very kind and made me feel like family. Danielle, the amazing young woman who cleaned my teeth was very sweet, thorough and talked to me about everything she was doing. Dr. Cook and his assistant Ashley were absolutely awesome! Dr. Cook was extremely knowledgeable and funny. They fixed my 2 cavities with ease and no pain! I was in and out in about 2 hours. Was never rushed, they are just that good there! Thank you to everyone there!

I can’t say enough nice things about my experience with Dr. Cook and his staff. I felt very welcome and comforted from the minute I called their office and spoke with Katie and Frankie at the front desk. Ashley then took me back for my appt. She was very knowledgeable and caring as she performed my exam. I had a filling done that same day. Dr. Cook talked me through the entire process as he was performing it. The office space itself has a delightfully warm atmosphere that reflects the kind dispositions of Dr. Cook and his colleagues. I highly recommend making a visit. Thank you!!

On Monday, 2-17-25, I visited the office of Cook Family and Cosmetic Dentistry and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Cook and his staff are amazing. Would be remiss if not mentioning the outstanding cleaning of my teeth by Dental Hygienist, Danielle. One of the best cleanings I have ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Cook and staff.

I initially came here for an emergency root canal that I ended up needing a referral for, which Dr. Cook and his staff got in ASAP and made me feel very supported through the pain and emotion. They are extremely welcoming---the office admin and dental team are amazing and Dr. Cook himself is a stellar dentist. I have had many bad dental experiences due to my medical history and that has never been an issue here. I cannot reccomend them highly enough

Great experience! We were passing through the city on a road trip and needed urgent dental care. They were so kind to fit us in pretty quickly and did an excellent job with a broken filling. Such helpful and friendly staff and excellent dental care.

I hestitate to write this review because I did really love the staff and experience here. In fact, I previously gave them 5 stars because they went so above and beyond. But I want to warn other patients.

Last year, I got a quote for a crown I needed. I was given a breakdown that included how it'd be ~$100 cheaper if I waited until after the new year for my insurance to roll over. I put off scheduling my crown because their office told me this.

Apparently they decided to stop with BCBS. I was never informed. I found an email in my spam folder when I searched that claimed they had sent out a letter, but I didn't get any (I sure got my bills though, so they had my address right.) Last visit, I paid $600 out of pocket but was assured that my insurance would reimburse me. Cool! I figured it was a beginning of the year thing because no one at the office told me they stopped accepting my insurance when I checked in or when I checked out. I made my crown appointment and again, no one told me.

When I had to reschedule, thank God the admin asked me if I knew how much it would cost and was quoted $1200. I can't afford this; I also learned my insurance won't be reimbursing me, contrary to what the office told me.

Again, I really loved my service here. I wanted to go back. But the fact they failed to inform me about office changes and happily charged me $600 and lied to me about reimbursement is very upsetting. And they don't take my insurance anymore anyway.

I guess I don't need dental care that badly.

The proof is in the results and in the pictures of course! I’ve always had insecurities when it came to my smile. I went to Dr. Cook for a consultation in January this year where he listened to what my concerns were and built out a plan of treatment that was best suited for me. He started with gum contouring to address my gummy smile and over all tooth height, this was a painless process and made a huge difference! I then went through 5 months worth of retainers to help position my teeth better and broaden my smile. After the retainers, Dr. Cook did cosmetic bonding to further improve the appearance of my teeth. I don’t think I could imagine having a better experience than I did over the last 8 months with Dr. Cook and his team. He went over and above explaining everything to me and walking through all my options. I cannot recommend Dr. Cook and his team enough, thank you!

I am someone who experiences significant dental anxiety, and it has gotten in the way of regular dental checkups over the years. From the moment I walked in I was put at ease by Dr. Aaron Cook and everyone from his receptionists to his Dental Assistant, Ashley. He was thorough, compassionate, encouraging, and extremely down to earth. I am looking forward to my return visit whereas with previous dentists, I would be panicking. Thank you, Dr. Cook and staff for making me feel so welcome and at ease.
