It is very hard to articulate how much I love this company’s staff! All the effort they put into their patients care is unremarkable. My son's confidence has shot through the roof in a such a short period of time.
A huge shout out to Mrs. Jackie (a woman of multiple trades), to Nicholas (always a delight) and both dentist who always explain everything clearly.
This whole experience has been truly amazing for my son and myself.

I have both of my kids with braces and my Invisalign from here. This place is amazing! I am so glad we went with this location because all the staff are so warm and welcoming. Jackie is the greatest because she makes it feel like you are family. They also always have special touches every visit to make it fun for the kids, like roses on Mother’s Day and ice cream in the summer. As far as the braces, they are affordable and they take the time to do a good job. If there happens to be an issue, they take care of you right away. The very nature of braces are uncomfortable but they make it the best experience they can. I cannot say enough great things about this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for braces.

This ortodontist office is very professional and helpful. The reception is so kind and knowledgeable. Rocio and Daniel are Great. Rocio was even kind enough to schedule a dentist appointment for us with a local dentist. The ex-ray technician was patient and kind as well. I am excited to begin our orthodontic treatment here at Cool Smiles in Lake Elsinore.

They would not provide me an itemized receipt after three separate requests. I received only partial treatment due to a move during my treatment, so where did the money go? A receipt should come standard with treatment.
