Absolutely Fantastic. Very Welcoming. Very detailed oriented. Everyone was really nice and very friendly. My 1st visit , was very nervous/anxious. But once Hygienist
and Dentist started talking, explaining everything that was going to be done. I felt very relaxed. Felt this is the Dentist for me. Great honor to have such a great place that cares. Really cares about their Clients. Lots of Pride in their work. Again 5 ? stars to Coopers In Jacksonville.

I always have the best experience at Cooper Family Dentistry. The ladies at the front desk are always so friendly and I have the best hygienist. She is so sweet and takes great care of me. Dr. Cooper knows I am a baby and he know how to keep me calm and takes good care of me!!!

Can’t brag enough. I’ve always had a stand off approach when going to the dentist. In my experience not many dentist offices have been nice or caring. That is the complete opposite here. Molly was an amazing dental assistant and definitely showed she cared and treated me like a person not judging me or making me feel bad about anything. She went above and beyond to explain things to me and made me feel at ease. My dentist was also very nice and explained things where I could understand. Definitely recommend them.

My experience wasn’t good at the Dentist this last visit. Was told a price for services rendered and it was a lot higher than I was told, and it took less time than the other times I got a tooth pulled. I was not given a packet and instructions like I was told I would, just was concerned about getting me to check out at front desk only to find out that my bill was over $500.00, my heart dropped and it was a feeling of betrayal that I could do nothing about, since I didn’t have insurance this time. I also had an infection and was told that I would have to come back in to get put on another antibiotic since the one prescribed didn’t work. I hate this happened they were our family dentist so now I have to find another dentist because I can’t go back there. Trust is a big issue with me and money isn’t abundant at this time. I have always practiced take care of those that take care of you. I was a lifetime customer before this happened, now I am in search of a good honest Dental Clinic!!!

I love the workers here, everyone was so kind and caring. They were understanding of my own personal situation and helped me to feel comfortable as well as make sure I understood the procedures of everything. Highly recommend them and can't wait to visit again!

It was a wonderful first trip to Cooper Family Dentistry. From the front desk to the back was just great. Noel the Hygienist was over the top. We clicked perfectly... Then came Dr. David Cole, he has a warm personality that made me feel like I had been a patient for years. Love them! My hygienist always remembers me and asks about my kids. The dentists are awesome about getting you in if you have an issue (I had a crown fall off and they put it back on ASAP!) and I don't think I'd go anywhere else!
