This place is wonderful! I had a dental “emergency “ and although I wasn’t an established patient there yet they worked me in the same day. The staff were very friendly and kind. Melanie at reception was so caring and helpful. Dr. Carter was knowledgeable and sympathetic and resolved my issue painlessly and swiftly. I will definitely will be a devoted patient for years to come and will strongly encourage friends and family to choose Copper Canyon Family Dental as well. We are so fortunate to have such an awesome practice right here in Camp Verde! 😉

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Copper Canyon Family Dental! Kim was the best dental hygienist I've ever had. She was kind and compassionate and really prioritized my comfort. BILLING FRAUD.

This office did some work for me 3 years ago. I provided them 4 insurance carriers to choose from for the billing. They completed the billing. I reached out to the office months later via email to confirm that the their was no remaining debt, which it confirmed in writing.

Three years later, I received a phone call from a very disrespectful person who attempted to belittle me for the entire call saying that I owed $170.00 to the office for that work performed 3 years ago. She threatened to send the account to collections and refused to get the Dr. Ryan Carter on the phone. She indicated that she has been given full reign to act however she feels is appropriate to collect money from accounts in this time that the business is trying to gather as much money as it can.

THE WORK:

When the doctor did the work, all he was doing was filling a couple of teeth and extracting one. When doing the extraction, he left a lot of the base of the tooth in my gum so it kept cutting through my gums as the days went by. I eventually realized that there was still loose bone and went in to have it removed.

BEWARE. Desperate business people pretending to be polite doctors and office folks.
