The staff at Copper Star were amazing! Understood my fears & found the right walker immediately! Explained why the cane I bought elsewhere didn’t fit properly & offered to adjust it. I returned the cane since it didn’t adjust & revisited Copper Stare again the next day. Now I have correct cane & walker. Staff pleasant, professional & attentive. Highly recommend them for medical devices. Bright, well stocked store with easy access.

My husband was ready to get a walker as he has balance issues. We asked a couple of friends and thought we knew what we wanted but decided it would be better to shop in person instead of online so he could make sure it fit his criteria and he would USE it! We went to Copper Star, he was able to try several brands and everyone there was extremely helpful. They had several different brands and he decided on one that would not have been our first choice if we had purchased online. A great experience ! And the best is that he LOVES it!

Great Service from Regina and the Copperstar Medical Supplies team at the Bell Road office! Once my doctor sent the order for my new CPAP machine, they helped with purchase and made it very easy! I opted to purchase a mini-CPAP for travel too, and although they didn’t have it in stock, they worked with their Tempe office to help me with that purchase too. It had to be picked up in Tempe, and team there was just as efficient and personable. Thanks to everyone who assisted me!

The staff was very nice and I bought a wheelchair yesterday from them. Unfortunately, even though I said it needed to be narrower than 27 inches to fit through one of our doors, the wheelchair they sold me is 28 inches and does not fit through a door I need it to fit through! I should have measured it myself before I put it in the car.

The personnel were friendly, informative and very helpful. They were very knowledgeable in providing a scooter to rent and have delivered. They were able to give me confirmation that it had been delivered promptly. Fees were reasonable and the rental scooter was what I needed to enjoy my GRL Retreat.

He went above and beyond to get me a new battery quickly, and thanks to his help, I was able to finish my day at the fair and enjoy every minute of it!

A friendly staff welcomed me into the store. The selection of canes were well displayed by style, height and price. I am a "giver" so I frequent the store to replenish my canes, I give them away when I see the need.not everyone would admit, "it's time to start carrying one" ...so I always have an extra in my car
