I hate to be the one to bring down the rating, but our experience here was really bad and I feel it's important to share.

The Procedure:
My wife visited this clinic when her dental crown fell off, and the only service she received was having it put back in place. This is a procedure that took a minimal amount of time and effort, yet we were charged hundreds of dollars for it. What's even more concerning is that the crown fell off again just six weeks later, making me question the quality of the work done.

Cost and Insurance:
Before any procedure was performed, we were presented with an estimate of the costs involved. This would generally be helpful, but in this case, the estimate was given without even checking what would be covered by my insurance. It felt as if they were more interested in how much they could charge me rather than providing a solution that was in our best interest.

Front Staff:
If the above points weren't enough, when we went there to discuss the issue the demeanor of the front staff was very rude. It felt like they have collected whatever they wanted to collect and now just get lost from here.

Overall:
I honestly feel like this clinic is taking advantage of people. Don't be fooled by the high ratings and positive reviews; my experience was anything but positive. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your dental needs.

The staff and Dr. Habib was so professional during my 1st visit. After many years at the same dental office as a preteen made me reluctant to find a new local dental office. As a medical professional I always have high standard when it comes to care. Not that I or anyone would ever look forward to visiting a dentist office but my mind is at ease and happy to find this wonderful place. The staff also made me feel important to get me in for a cleaning asap.

Great place! I started visiting this dentist office at the beginning of this year. Cindy, the hygienist, did my dental cleaning. She took her time and did a very thorough job. During a subsequent visit, I had to take care of a small cavity which the dentist took care of. I'm not a fan of anesthesia and she was very accommodating. She offered to try it without and if it's too uncomfortable, she would stop and apply anesthesia. Luckily we didn't need it. Would highly recommend this dentist office.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Misleading Information and Unjust Billing:
I recently visited Coral Hollow Dentistry - Dr Banes to have a Crown fixed to the root canal tooth that came off. I am compelled to share my disappointing experience. It was a simple procedure.

At the outset, I inquired about the costs associated with the crown repair. I was assured by the staff that the procedure would be covered by my insurance, and I was provided with an estimate that seemed reasonable. Trusting their professional judgment, I proceeded with the treatment.

However, during the actual procedure, it came to light that the tooth was relatively small, and the dentist mentioned that the crown might only last for approximately two years. Fair enough; I appreciated the honesty and was prepared for potential future expenses - 2 years later.

The real shocker came when I received the bill, the amount was nearly triple the estimate I had been given earlier. This exorbitant figure was attributed to a "consultation fee," which was never mentioned during our initial conversation. It was a mere 5-minute job to fix the crown back in place, hardly warranting such a substantial charge.

To make matters worse, not even two months have passed since the procedure, and the crown has come off. When I contacted the dental clinic to discuss the issue and potential solutions, I was met with an unhelpful and uncooperative attitude. They seem unwilling to consider any resolution or options for rectifying the situation.

The lack of transparency and accountability displayed by Corral Hollow Dentistry and their staff is disappointing and unprofessional.

I strongly caution anyone considering dental services at this clinic to exercise caution and seek complete clarity regarding costs and potential future expenses. I hope sharing my experience will prevent others from falling into a similar situation.

I’ve always experienced excellent care at Corral Hollow Family Dental. The staff are efficient and friendly. I’m seen right on time. The hygienists are very thorough and explain the procedure well. The dentists I’ve had have been informative and I never feel like I’m having unnecessary work done. The office is clean and comfortable. My bill is explained before every procedure. Overall, I would refer any of my friends to Corral Family Dental.

I was nervous about finding a new dentist after my original dentist closed down his practice but stumbled across Corral hollow from looking online. Felicia gave me some very helpful tips on my gingivitis condition for at home care and was very detail oriented when I had the first part of mt deep cleaning done today. I have had a few deep cleanings in past but think todays was most through of all ones I had. Also I liked that i was shown ways how to improve home care without being shamed for not flossing enough; which in other places in past i feel a bit judged on this. It was great being able to see pictures of before and after too! I wish waiting time in waiting room was a bit shorter but that’s a small price to pay for quality care.

This office is fantastic. The ladies from the front desk to the dental hygienist and the Dr. are all really nice and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist or someone who isn't happy with their current doctor. They also are 33% cheaper than other places I called.
