Ashley was so helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with Ashley and making a stop to the Edwards Cos Bar, one of the best experiences I've had at a cosmetic store - and a much better experience than the other Cos Bar locations.

Ashley helped me with new products and showed me how to apply a few that I previously purchased.. I really appreciate the good service the day I stopped by. Thank you!!

I have been shopping at Cos Bar in Edwards for a couple of years now and let me tell you they are amazing!!!
The employees are sooo sweet and helpful, they are all very nice and approachable. Miss Ashley is very knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with.
Their selection of luxury brands is extensive, and they definitely have so much to look at. Makeup, hair, body care, frangrance, etc., and their prices are also the same as what you would be paying online, or at other retailers, they do not overcharge or mark up.
I highly recommend!!!!!

The best experience I’ve had at any beauty product store by far. I felt welcomed and helped to the fullest extent every time I came and never felt like I was being rushed out of the store. The employees are genuinely good people and don’t put on a fake persona, it shows. I didn’t have the best experience at the cos bar in Vail and highly recommend anyone to come to this one instead. You will not regret it. I believe the negative reviews are outdated and that those employees no longer work at this location because every employee I had the pleasure of dealing with was top tier.

I have been in this store 3 times during the last 8 months. The Vail location has extremely friendly helpful employees. The Edwards location can be completely empty and the workers sit on their stools and chat never offering any help whatsoever. A customer should not feel like they are an inconvenience when asking a price or help with checking out.

I went into this business with my friend, as I have done on other visits to Vail (for late March skiing). This time the girls couldn't wait to get me out the door with as much product
(I didn't need) as possible.
I didn't feel as though my skincare issues were addressed, at all.
I asked for a specific Chanel product, they did not carry any inventory whatsoever and didn't offer to help me find another source.

I felt they were trite and fake in their demeanor and they lacked true 'customer service'. The blond lady could not have been more fake or condescending.

Within the same week, the European lady was almost mean in getting me out the door by closing time. I went elsewhere for my friend's gift. I refuse to buy anything from her!

I was sold products that I now regret buying, I'm sure she(the blond lady) earned a hefty commission off of.

The shelves were dusty & dirty, the check-out counter was a mess with packages, wrapping, other products, it looked bad. They even gave me the wrong mascara as the counter was so cluttered with other products.

I'm sure I would have felt better if I had been treated with dignity and respect. However, I didn't' feel that my patronage mattered as much as how many products I bought.
This store should get cleaned up, hire, and re-train their staff to be customer service oriented and not commission hungry.

They missed the mark, both times.
I will be back next year, I hope they make the needed customer service improvements, or hire better suited staff.

Absolutely love the Edward's cosbar, Ashley and Alister are the best. Both ladies are super friendly and very helpful. I will only be coming to the Edwards cosbar from.now on!
