I had an issue with a job done by COS Cleaning & Restoration from a while ago that somehow got lost in the shuffle. Immediately after I expressed my discontent, Jose called my directly and asked me what he could do to make things right. I really appreciated that type of good customer service. Within a week, both Jose and his dad came out personally to rectify the outstanding issues, and I'm really pleased with the final results.

Of course I asked for a cleaning last minute. Jose was very responsive had great communication. He was able to fit me in and cleaned the stained carpets WAY better than expected. Thanks for the hard work and fitting me in! I wish I had a before picture but there were heavy dark stains from tenants walking in after a snow, so dirty snowmelt type stains. Looked awful. All gone!

Jose was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about my dryer vent issues. He told me what he was doing and what he found and how he resolved the issue. Beyond professional and thorough! We just moved into a new rental and the carpet downstairs at first glance wasn’t awful looking but definitely had pet smells. Jose was confident he could address it and he did! The 90 day warranty offered is what made me choose this company. What a great offering and we ended up needing it. Jose was adamant about us calling him if the odor wasn’t resolved and he happily came out to address it several times within a week and we are now at a point where it’s taken care of and couldn’t be more satisfied with the job done - the carpet looks new! Excellent service & friendly! Highly recommend.
