So, I've ordered a few things from Back Market in the past and I've always had a pretty good experience. This time around, I ordered a Samsung S21 in "Good Condition". I picked 2 day shipping, and of course it took 4 days to arrive.

When I opened the package, it had a crack in it. I wanted to get it fixed through my Asurion insurance I bought, but they told me that I couldn't do that and had to send it back.

I sent it back to the seller COS Phones and they tell me that it's not broken and they don't have a replacment in stock so they refunded my money without asking if that's okay with me.

I will no longer be buying from BackMarket and DEFANITLY avoid COS Phones.

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a purchase I made from your company on January 4th, 2024. The representative who assisted me was Avi Desai, and I purchased a total of 1321 units of Google Pixel and Motorola phones. I was provided with an Excel sheet detailing the condition of the stock, which only mentioned glass breakage. Additionally, I was assured that all devices would be unlocked.
However, when I received the stock, it was in a terrible condition, which was not as described. Despite numerous attempts to contact Avi Desai, I have not received a response since. As the issue remains unresolved, I am reaching out to your team for assistance.
