I regret going here to get a crown fixed. Ms Wade has left me with more issues than what I came in for. To start with she was very clumsy and dropping things when performing work on me. However I am very upset with the fact that she drilled the opposite tooth for a crown adjustment instead of adjusting the crown. That is absolutely not okay to do and tells me that she doesn’t know or trust herself to adjust a crown. I have been left with pain and an incorrectly placed crown since SEPTEMBER. it is now January and I am still having issues as I have had to go somewhere to get the issue fixed. I attempted to have adjustments made through Ms. Wade but she was not able to and I gave up on trusting her. I have healthy teeth and good hygiene and my gut told me not to trust this place but I gave it a chance. I highly suggest you avoid this place.

I was already nervous considering I have dental anxiety, and since relocating to Houston, this was my first visit with a new dentist. I must say this was the best experience I’ve had! Dr. Wade and her team were very comforting, non judgmental and made my anxiety vanish. The hygienist was very thorough and did everything in her power to satisfy my every need. I will continue my treatment plan with Dr. Wade as she is both knowledgeable, authentic, and empathic and that’s what I look for.

It is never easy going to the dentist with all the anticipation that goes along with it, but not at Cosmetic Dental, there has never been a bad visit and the thorough exams and the hard truths to be had. I’ve and my family have been patients there for years now from braces and maintenance visits. Everything explained and given the opportunity to ask questions and have them answered professionally is a plus. The Staff along with Dr Wade are the absolute best and we will continue to patronize this wonderful office, Thanks to all!

The service I received at cosmetic dental was great. The appointment date I first received was a little lengthy but due to a cancellation I had a chance to move my appointment date up early. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dentist assistant make sure I felt comfortable and attended to my every need. The dentist Dr B was awesome. She took the time to explain every procedure to me and let me know my opinion matter. During the procedures she was very gentle but work pretty fast and the whole time my comfort was a number one priority. I most definitely recommend cosmetic dental and I will be returning for my dental needs

It was actually a great experience. Had a 10am appt. on a Saturday! The office was busy with other patients but my wait was not long. The dentist, Dr Wade gave me a layman’s terminology of what they were going to do and I must also admit they are on it with the technology. My mouth was scanned for my procedure and a timeline of about 3 weeks for my return visit was given. Everyone was friendly and professional.

This is the best place to be! I was recommended to this clinic by my sister and I am beyond grateful for the recommendation. I was initially terrified due to past horrific dental experiences. Everyone from the front door to the back was so welcoming. It was my very first visit and I can honestly say that it won't be my last visit. I have definitely found my forever dental clinic! Again, this is the best place to be. You will definitely feel safe, safe,safe.

I called and made an appointment for a specific dentist and they told me he's only there on Wednesday. Fine made the appointment for a Wednesday. Arrived at the dentist office and the staff never informed me at check-in that the dentist wasn't there. I didn't know until I was waiting over an hour in the chair and I asked where is the dentist. The dental hygienist said "I haven't seen the man doctor today". I said that's the only dentist I want to see. I went to the front desk the staff member tells me he's not on schedule and doesn't know when he will be available. I then questioned why no one told me anything. That's horrible customer service and if im spending my money on something specific. Give me the choice to say if I want to see someone else and not make it your decision. I have contacted my insurance provider and no services will be paid for.
