This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Everyone there was so welcoming and nice. I mean every single person that I spoke to. They explained every procedure in detail. Walked me thru what was wrong and the different ways we could fix it. My mouth was in so much pain due to an injection. I couldnt bear the pain. I called and was seen the same day. That is almost impossible these days when making an appointment. They prescribed antibiotics. And I am going to have my tooth pulled later this week. Already feeling better all thanks to the amazing people here. Don't just take my word for it. Make your appointment and see for yourself.

Don’t go if you have extreme anxiety. As soon as they notice you do, they’ll refer you out and not even give you options for their services. And they claim they are one of the best when it comes to having anxiety with the dentists. They did not even try to see if I wanted to go or stay with their services. They automatically sent me else where. Good luck going here. Do not recommend this place.

Great office with a great staff. The office staff is super welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. My appointment was completed very efficiently. I did not have to wait at all and my appointment was completed with expected results without any delays... all while keeping me comfortable. Dr. Patel and his staff made me feel they thought my time is as important as theirs.

Cosmetic Dentistry was the family dentist. I went through them since I was a child. This probably would be a good perspective for your child.

Here are some big details:

They wouldn't stop pestering me for a 5 star rating, even on days when they didn't deserve it

Left shards of my right upper molar in my gums I had to extract myself. Then played it down.

One particular staff at the time would make super judgemental/condescending comments about patients that the waiting room could hear.
After moving away I had one last appointment. My wife was waiting for me in their waiting room and over heard this person saying she "didn't believe I was actually moving away from Hayward" and that I was just avoiding my appointments!?

Dr Patel and his team are professionals and have taken care of me and my husband over the years. There are no words to describe Dr. Patel’s experience in the dentistry industry. One will be in the BEST of hands. My visit today only confirms this and each of his team members are courteous, caring and personable. Highly recommended.
