Dr.Costanzo and his staff are all amazing. We always felt welcomed walking in, and felt comfortable and knew we were always in good hands. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Best of the best!! Currently have my second kid in braces with Dr. Costanzo (and soon to be a third) and I genuinely could not recommend this office more. I have very high expectations and standards and this office exceeds them. Dr. C and every single member of his staff are top notch. They are always kind, responsive, skilled, genuine and on time. My first child’s results have been stellar, can’t wait to see the end result for my other two kids. Best orthodontic office in Fresno/Clovis for sure!

I am a Dental Assistant student and was assigned to this office for an observation for a day, Dr.Costanzo and every single assistant treated me like one of their very own team member. They are just amazing with their positive attitude, everything was well organized and clean. When I began this program I said I wanted to work in a general dentist, yet they sparked a whole new interest in me;I look forward to continuing in my RDA program to learn more about orthodontics! I could not be happier with my choice to go with Costanzo Orthodontics for my adult Invisalign. A friend recommended them to me. I just finished my final photos yesterday and I could not be happier with my result!

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. They make it very easy to schedule a consultation, gave me three different treatment options with a payment plan worked up for each (including what insurance would cover), and easily got me scheduled for my first appointment. Since then, everything's been a breeze. They've also very nicely accommodated some emergency appointments due to a cracked retainer.

Everyone at Costanzo is also so wonderful and nice. Kim, the receptionist, has always been super helpful in scheduling appointments and providing me with info. Cristina was my patient care coordinator and she made the whole process so easy to get started. Every ortho assistant that has cared for me on my visit is truly so lovely.

5+++ stars for Costanzo Orthodontics, I only wish I had started this journey sooner!

Dr. Costanzo and his staff are professional, fun and take great care in meeting the needs of his patients (and the people that bring them in for their appointment). Communication is great. The environment is clean. I recommend him as a doctor, his staff and his office. The entire process for my son from the initial consult to getting the braces off/retainer on was fabulous (as much as it can be for an orthodontists office)!

We’ve been patients of Dr. C’s for almost 4 years. I was very skeptical that my son (adolescent with autism) would be able to wear braces. This office has helped him with a palate expander and braces! They are always so kind and patient with him. It’s a busy office, but we never feel rushed and they always go the extra mile for us. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great staff and quality work. We had issue with another orthodontist and we came here and they had a quote and appt scheduled for my son the same day. They work quick and efficient. Very good at working with insurance and appointments. If something needs to be tended to in between appointments they're good at accommodating the patient. My son loves it here and they got my insurance to cover more than another office so everyone is happy!
