Once a while I need to visit Costco where usually have my orders delivered to my home. The home delivery is great and works best for me. But I had two certificates to cash in and the only way to use them is to visit the store. It was fine where was able to see the upcoming new Christmas items and they had a lot out. I even grabbed a few of them besides my normal shopping list items.

The shoppers seems to be a happy bunch and the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the whole shopping experience was excellent.

The S Austin Costco location is a top-notch store. The store is well-organized, with fresh produce and meats. They’re always ahead of the curve with seasonal decorations, like their impressive Christmas display. One of my favorite aspects is their generous sampling of products. Free samples are a great way to discover new items and make informed purchases.

I recently ordered a sandwich from Costco, and while the sandwich was huge, it was impossible to eat without cutting it. When I asked them to cut it, I hadn’t eaten or touched it yet, only picked up the plate. They refused, citing a policy that once you’ve taken it, they can’t cut it. How are customers supposed to eat such a massive sandwich?

When I requested they cut it, they said no and told me to use plastic utensils. Have you ever tried cutting a ciabatta sandwich with plastic utensils? Let me tell you—it’s impossible. The service was awful. I don’t understand the issue here. Their “policy” doesn’t make sense—why not just cut the sandwich and clean the knife afterward? Or cut it before handing it out? It’s not that hard.

I left very disappointed. No one was willing to help, and the staff didn’t seem to care. I honestly don’t know how anyone manages to eat that sandwich. When I finally got home and had to deal with it myself, the sandwich was dry and tasteless. Absolutely terrible experience.

Typically Costco employees are great, today I had the opportunity to encounter one that was far from it. She wasn't wearing a name tag or I would add her name, I'll just call her Karen, it's fitting. She is approximately 5'4" 160+ brown hair and glasses wearing a pink shirt. She was working the front doors as the store was closing. I attempted to enter the store to meet my girlfriend as she was checking out. To assist her with our purchases after having to run back to our car. She very rudely and aggressively denied my entry. I tried to explain I wasn't shopping but Karen on her power trip refused to listen. There is absolutely no reason to act like she did. I'd encourage Costco to deal with Karen and get her some basic customer service training!

This was my first time visiting this Costco, or any Costco. I finally decided to bite the bullet and get a membership. I have no clue why I waited so long because Costco is amazing! I didn't want to leave. They have so much stuff! In particular, I was impressed with the amount of ready-made meals they offer. Excellent selection. I also want to shout out the employees here. They were all really nice and helpful. The lines were long, so I went through the self-checkout line. One of the employees saw me struggling and came over and scanned everything for me. I am not sure how busy Costco's usually are, but this store was bustling with people everywhere. It was hectic, but maybe it always is on Saturdays. Highly recommend though!

They are always really good about return s and their selection is off the charts. It seems like they have a little bit of everything and just what you need. I really appreciate how hard your customer service and checkers. The food court has even added a few new items like the roast beef sandwich and the turkey sandwich. Drinks are always cheap at only 70 cents a pop.

Lately we have been getting a lot of pre-made foods that I do really appreciate the ease and excellent taste. I have tried to stay away from the prepackaged foods because they always seem to have a lot of extra calories and make me feel chubby after eating. The new pre-packaged items like the Tuscan chicken wraps and chicken sandwiches with Dijon mustard are excellent.

I usually get the executive membership and it typically pays me back $300 so it's well worth the $120 fee.

This is a great location with a lot of hard-working people!

I like this Costco. It is especially nice right now with all of the Holiday items. They have fresh Frasier fur wreaths to hang on your door, nicely priced games for children, many different sale representatives from various companies. I love it because it’s a one stop shop to get many of the things that you need. It is much quicker than having to go to multiple stores. It is also very clean and has nice samples.

Costco ALWAYS has the longest checkout lines. It’s a busy store so I get that there will be wait times; however, there should be checkout stations for customers with >XX amount of items.

Furthermore, delivery drivers should not be forced to wait in the cashier lines. They’re paid by the hour so why make them wait in the slower line?

Lastly, it would make life so much easier if their app was accurate at telling what items they have in stock and where they can be found.
