I love Cottonwood Creek Clinic! The people there are SO nice and polite. Especially Tia at the front desk…she is always so pleasant and polite and helpful!
If I ever have a problem (seldom) she always helps me through it.

I've been a patient of Rick and Tamara (and occasionally Dr. Naylor) for more than 10 years - I came over with him from his last clinic.
You simply can't beat his sincere caring and compassion, and his willingness to go above and beyond. And he's done that for me on a couple of occasions.
The staff are efficient and professional - and stay VERY busy and engaged. I know that you can't be mired in paperwork all day long and make immediate return calls - it just is humanly impossible. But they always come through for me.
Rick has taken care of my CDL/Medical physical for at least five renewals (at 75 now, I'm on a one-year-cycle [unfortunately]) but still can pass it. I'm sure part of that is because Cottonwood Creek Clinic helps me stay in great shape.
And I've had a couple of situations where, due to illness or injury, I needed to be seen promptly and without a long-advance appointment - they've always found a way to take care of me.
I think I'll just stay with the best. Thanks for your care.

I’ve been a loyal customer for four years now, but I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experiences the last couple years. The receptionist was incredibly rude. When I informed her that I had insurance, she asked “well are you going to give it to me I’m not a mind reader.”While I appreciate Tamara, I’ve noticed that she’s asked me multiple times if I’ve stopped smoking cigarettes, which I never have. Additionally, they wanted me to pay for a consult to review my blood work results, which I found unnecessary. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere and hope that others have a better experience than I did.

Im glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t enjoy the voicemail system. Rick Blake is a great guy and takes his time to talk to you. And there’s maybe 5 Drs in the valley that stopped taken Medicare Medicaid. So they girls are up to their neck with paperwork of new patients to review. I saw the pile they are just trying to do their best. Yes there could be more smiles. But I trust Rick Blake and will continue to go to his Clinic. They could have refused me too as a new patient. Blessings !

I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!
I have been going to Cottonwood creek clinic for years and I always recommend them to others who are looking for a provider that truly listens to their patients.
Rick and Tamara always take the time to assess their patients symptoms to provide them with the best patient care.

They also offer a variety of aesthetic services too! Who doesn’t want to look as young as they feel? Rick listens to what his patients goals are and then explains the process in reaching those goals. He is very gentle and it is obvious that he truly cares for his patients.

Richard Blake is wonderful. Goes above and beyond to make his patients feel heard and cared for. He is the reason we still use the clinic and the sole reason this is not a 1 star review.

The clinic front desk staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. It is also impossible to speak to a live human even for a simple question. You leave a message in a general voicemail for all the medical assistants and have to hope that you can pick up when someone calls you back or you get to do that process all over again. It’s really frustrating.

So glad for the excellent provider for my dad but wish the office wasn’t so hard to deal with even for the simplest things.

I’ve seen Rick Blake at Cottenwood Clinic for the past 7 yrs. and I don’t have any negative feelings about them!!!!! They have always been very professional along with being very personable. Tia even had little handmade gifts for patients at Christmas time. Rick stays on top of all my 79 yrs of issues. I always refer people to Cottonwood Clinic!!! THEY ARE WONDERFUL!!!

Very unfriendly staff. Called to become a new patient. Told I needed to come, fill out new patient paperwork, and then I would receive a call in about 1 week to schedule an initial new patient visit. I was told that they accepted Medicare. Never received a call. I called and spoke to receptionist who said that they were not done reviewing paperwork. I waited a few days and called the office twice and left messages for a call back. Never received callback. Called again and spoke with Tia 2. Informed that I was denied as they didn’t accept Medicare, yet my precious conversation with her, she stated that they DID take Medicare. She became very inappropriate and unprofessional. I will not recommend Cottonwood Clinic to anyone as their procedures and staff are unprofessional and deceiving. Tia’s behavior was unacceptable. Even if the doctors or PA’s are great, we will never know as the front office staff have succeeded in showing that they don’t care about patients. Shame on cottonwood staff.
