Erica was probably the best hygienist in my 63 years. So gentle and tells you what to expect. Checks your stability and comfort more than most. Not everyone does that!
She’s definitely, probably more valuable than the salary she receives. A real valuable member of your team!

Well, after being pumped full of rainwater at my last dentist, i decided to give these folks a try. The appointment was on time. The man at the reception desk was very friendly. The girl that took my x-rays was also very friendly and funny and pleasant to be around, the hygienist was honest and also friendly, and and it was easily discernible that she knew exactly what she was doing. Then the doctor came in and he was also very honest and you could also tell he knew exactly what he was doing.
My last dentist during hygiene appointment said I needed $2200 worth of some kind of periodontal work right now, and then wouldn’t bother to call me back to schedule it. This hygienist looked me over and said I had minor problems but nothing Earth shattering at this point and recommended a deep cleaning but nothing like this multi thousand dollar procedure that the last place recommended. And short they gave me the impression that they knew what they were doing, and we’re not being completely driven by making money. Plus this hygienist tried to get me in the same day, but was already booked and is going to see me first thing tomorrow morning for the cleaning. Not waiting for months and months like most places.
Combined with k owing exactly what they were doing in a nice clean, friendly environment has certainly won me over.
I’m glad i am now being seen by a team that I trust, it makes a very big difference. Couldn’t recommend them more..
Been a while since I left a dentist appointment Happy, but this time I was.
This will definitely be my new place of choice

This is the best and the only one you should go to. They are kind and professional and painless. You never need a second opinion if Dr Line says you need it done. They never take advantage of their patients. Don’t check others go here first and you’ll never go another dentist office. I was a hygienist for years so I know what I’m talking about. They are the BEST

I absolutely adore the staff here! ? I see Erika for my cleanings (needed a deep cleaning after quitting smoking and not having seen a dentist for too long ?)... She is AHMAHZING. There was absolutely 0 judgement, she was compassionate, honest, and checks in frequently during procedures to make sure her patient is good to go. I cannot say enough good things about this office!!

If you're facing dental anxiety like I do/did, do yourself a favor and see them! They treat their patients as if we are their parents (with lots of care!), they're honest, and I don't feel they overcharge for their services at ALL so far.

The last 3 times I was glad to see the same hygienist, Veronica Vidal, who displays an abundance of professional efficiency, polite friendliness, and is informative with advise and instructions to me to manage my difficult areas better. I was relieved by Dr. Toepler's review of the xrays to find i didn't need expensive treatment. The office staff is friendly, polite and seems to work hard checking my medicare advantage insurance too.

Insanely priced. If you don’t have insurance do not bother, they care about money and will be rude to you if you don’t have it. I was quoted a $6k bridge for a crown that spontaneously fell off. As a recently retired, newly returned from overseas, mil spouse I was struggling getting my insurance to be active and line up for the visit at CMD but wanted to be seen about my tooth asap by the specialist. I called asking if I should reschedule due to insurance not being active for another couple days and the woman on the phone became accusatory of me wasting their time for needing to reschedule so my essential punishment for that to be seen there again is I would pay $500 for a deposit for “such an expensive procedure” AND if I do go in for my appointment I’ll pay a full visit fee (and I’m assuming a deposit since I wouldn’t have insurance and would have to schedule ANOTHER appointment for the procedure) because it can’t bill to insurance later. Sounds like I wasted my time scheduling with them at all! I’ll be going elsewhere.

The billing staff is excellent. They fought with my insurance company so I could have affordable care. This really makes a difference when you’re a senior. Veronica is excellent with cleaning, X-rays and care. All staff are amazing and helpful. I will always continue my care here and encouragement everyone in Cottonwood to experience their wonderful care.

I am terrified of the dentist (who isn't) but here I feel safe. EVERYTHING is explained in detail. What they are doing, why something happens to teeth and gums, how to fix it, who to see, what they are going to do step by step. They are so polite, kind, and patient. The 2 office Receptionist's are ALWAYS smiling and polite. They don't EVER make me feel rushed to check in or check out. I am comfortable here, and that is saying A LOT
