I felt so comfortable and safe at this dental office. Dr. Hanks and his team—including his hygienist Wendy and his office manager Jessica—are not only competent, but extremely kind and patient-focused. The space is so beautiful, you might think you were in a spa :). If you live in the Verde Valley, I highly recommend you visit them for dental care. Thank you ?.

I am so grateful my friend referred me to Creekview Family Dental!!! As an AZ transplant with a history of major dental work, I truly couldn’t be more amazed. The office is so beautiful, comfortable, and inviting; and Dr. Daniel and staff have taken such great care of me! This team takes dental care to the next level, beyond any I’ve had in the past.. Today was my second excellent experience with Creekview as a patient of Dr. Hanks. The first visit was a quick recementing of an old crown that had come loose. Dr Hanks reviewed the condition of the crown and with xrays the condition of the anchoring tooth and quickly cemented it back in place. I quickly scheduled an exam and cleaning. That was today. Dr Hanks does his own cleanings and is thorough, gentle and informative. He did not suggest unnecessary procedures as others have.
The office is beautiful and spotless and the assistants are attractive, personable and highly efficient. As good or better than any dental practice I've ever visited!

Cottonwood smiles deserves a 10/10 review!!! Their staff is literally the SWEETEST and most caring for their patients. From the welcoming faces at the front desk to the beautiful office setting. They right away make all your worries fade. I had the most anxiety coming in to a new dental office and dr. Hanks was extremely gentle and thoughtful of how I was feeling the whole time and Shelby his assistant was so on top of everything I was concerned about. My dental cleaning was so quick and painless the staff here is truly the best in the verde valley!
Also I had my son with me and the ladies made sure to help him feel welcome as well with getting him set up to watch my cleaning. ❤️

Great young and gentle man, explains what he's doing, and addressed all my concerns. Did not even feel the anesthesia. After 50 years of rough dentistry, this was a godsend. Thank you Dr. Daniel.
The staff is also very helpful and kind. Telling all my friends that I found the best dental office in the Verde Valley.

You won’t find anyone better than Doctor Hanks and his team. Everything about my experience here was absolutely top notch!! The facility is extremely clean, beautiful and very modern. The staff was warming and welcoming; relaxing all my dental anxieties from the start. And then there’s Doctor Hanks…he had the calmest demeanor that immediately let me know I was in the right spot. He thoroughly went over my procedure for the day. He took his time to listen to all my concerns and then developed a plan to get me better. His intelligence, demeanor and talented work gave me a smile that after 40 years I can confidently show off.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. I’m 69, so have many to compare it with. Dr Hanks is so personable and professional. I’m so impressed with his expertise in his work and wish I would have taken pictures of my before and after results. The entire staff mirrors his qualities of professionalism and compassion for the patients he serves. Another added bonus is the zen atmosphere of the waiting and procedure rooms. I’m definitely a patient for life and am recommending all of my friends to him.

If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares, a hygienist that won’t cause you pain and a staff that is friendly beyond any you’ve met then you must go to Creekview Family Dental!!!! I took my 85 year old neighbor there and they were so, so gentle with her that I decided to make an appointment for myself. While there they even acknowledged my kids and showed them toys they could play with. Best dental experience I have ever had! They made you feel like family!
