Love everything about Crossroads Dental!
Shout-out to everyone at the Riverbank location. Josh, THE BEST hygienist! Half the time I don't even feel him cleaning my teeth, but the outcome is always great and on point. Ms. Julia is so awesome! Her warm personality and singing makes me smile! Dr. Marquez is always so pleasant. I've been going there for 8 plus years and will continue to drive the 50mins just to go to them. ❤️ BTW, I also have to say how awesome the front office staff is as well, very friendly and will try and meet your needs as soon as possible.

My family has been coming to Crossroads for 8-10 years! After missing 2 cleanings 😣 I had Ceaser as my hygienist! He did a wonderful job 🙂 . Josh is amazing as well. Dr. Marquez is always kind and easy to communicate with. Love the professionalism of this Team. They are always pleasant & patient 🩷

I absolutely love Crossroads Dental. They are friendly and helpful. Their staff sat down and went over everything very thoroughly so there was no confusion on out of pocket expenses. They are so flexible with schedules and are open late! It’s a small convenience, but they text.. with the busy day it’s so easy to send them a text to ask questions and make appointments.

The office staff is always kind and helpful. But after using this office for 4-5 years, I will no longer be going back. I have gone there expecting a better outcome each time and each time have left disappointed. It is close to my home and I chose it out of convenience but I would rather drive 30 minutes to my old dentist. The hygienists are fine however, my first poor experience there was when I was fitted for molds for Invisalign. The office was supposed to send my molds to the company and after not hearing anything for a month, I gave the office a call and they said they had no record of any molds being taken… as if I made it up or something. Did not offer any resolution. The second time (against my better judgement) I had a cavity that needed filled and after several numbing shots, my mouth was still not numb. She kept attempting to drill and attempting to numb but obviously was not hitting the mark. After lots of pain, she gave up and just filled what she could. It was a terrible experience I told myself I’d never go back but after two years, I chipped a tooth and out of desperation decided to try again. The attitude of the staff immediately changed after I refused X-rays while pregnant and it was like they were inconvenienced by the inability to use technology to do their job. This time, a different dentist, came in and merely asked me what I wanted her to do. The whole reason I dragged myself in there was for a professional opinion. And here she was asking ME what to do about my chipped tooth! Zero help, zero professionalism and the most rude “doctor” I’ve ever dealt with. And I work in healthcare. I won’t be going back and I definitely won’t be taking my family back there or giving out any more referrals. Dentists offices are a dime a dozen and whoever is running this business you’d think would be making the slightest attempt at retaining easy business. You need your customers more than they need you (I have an appointment with another dentist already) so the almighty attitude isn’t getting you anywhere.

Ok I have been a patient here at crossroads dental since I moved to riverbank back in 2009 , but when I say patient , I really mean family . Throughout the years there have been a few employees that have come and gone , some return but most of them have been there the whole time. And just knowing that you are gonna see a friendly familiar face every time you visit is just another welcoming reason to stay loyal to a great team of professionals that always treat you well and do it with a smile as well …
I would highly recommend crossroads dental to anyone looking for a great dentist , and a superb team behind the scene as well …..

Great Dentist and staff!! I HAD horrible dental anxiety before going to Crossroads. They are a patient, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. They take the time to explain the process ask if you have questions. If you need more time, explanation or options with payment, they have great staff to work with you expIaining all your options. Im so thankful for the entire staff!!
