I don’t usually write long reviews, but this time I feel compelled to share my experience. Exceptional customer service is so rare these days, and Dr. Rosi’s office truly deserves recognition. Most dental clinics I came across had four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐, barely had five stars, but their impressive five-star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ caught my attention. After my visit, I can confidently say they deserve far more than five stars! 🌟

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth, professionalism, and care that immediately made me feel at ease 😊. It was clear from the start that this wasn’t just another dental clinic. It was a place where every patient is valued. 💕

Hanna at the front desk was an absolute delight. Friendly, attentive, respectful, and incredibly helpful 💁‍♀️. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, address any concerns, and ensure the entire process. I make over an hour drive to get my Denture, Crown, and now also the cleaning services because I feel safe here. My children ages 2, 4, and 6 love the dentist they get excited when they come because they get a free toy or children book at the end and get to watch cartoons during the visit, the dentist is extremely friendly to children, she has been my dentist since 2017, couldn’t switch to another dentist after meeting Dr. Rosi, during the cleaning on the chair they have a nice view on the ceiling of nature in each room, it is a cozy feeling when walking in and Dr.Rosi has soft hands.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted and it was such a smooth process! I only had one tooth to be extracted and it was already poking through so I did not need anesthesia, I only needed the numbing shots. The entire process took less than 10 min and the surgeon was so nice! I laughed after the procedure when he said it was done because I was expecting so much worse! I did not feel a thing. I have had normal teeth removed before at other places and that procedure was worse than getting my wisdom tooth extracted here! The surgeon made sure I wasn’t too nervous and took away any stress I had about the procedure! I’m healing well so far after following their instructions. I would recommend to all my friends to go here!
