I was having a problem finding someone that not only took a 1 year old, but our insurance too. I finally called Crystal Smiles, and was thrilled when I spoke to Annie! She booked my daughter same day! Dr. Young was just as kind! He even took the time to help me understand how to care for my 1 year olds teeth. I love this place so much, it is so clean and spacious. The location is amazing too, just accross the Livermore outlet with lots of parking space. I highly recommend Dr. Collin of Crystal Smiles Dental. He took care of my teeth and made all my appointments as easy and comfortable as he can. I am currently pregnant and they treated me well and carefully. His assistant Annie was super nice and caring too, they even provided blanket for me so I am always warm and comfortable during all my procedures. I love that they are open on Saturdays too! Super easy to book and schedule an appointment. My experience as a whole was amazing. All my treatments were done smoothly. If you’re looking for a dental office, i highly recommend you check this place.

I haven’t seen a dentist in 5 years. He made feel so comfortable. Very knowledgeable. Really cares about his patients. I was on a tight budget. He made my tooth extraction affordable and i was able to fit in my budget . I’ve called other places . Just for an extraction . 1700$$$$$$ don’t ever call sharma dental at hacienda . Scammers . Come here and he will take care of you

Got an appointment for an urgent tooth extraction for the same day and they were extremely helpful in communicating details and cost. The assistant also speaks fluent Cantonese for those with parents who do not speak English. That really made the difference for us 🙂

Great visit, I have ptsd from when I was a kid for anything medical. Doctor Young didn’t give me any great discomfort when cleaning or when checking the health of my teeth. Usually I’d be poked and prodded with the tools making it uncomfortable or painful but I felt no such discomforts by Dr. Young. He was efficient so the mild discomforts during cleaning were bearable. He also explained clearly the problems at hand and possible solutions.
