Dr. Cole is just downright rude, having to wait multiple hours after our appointment time and then talked down to because of a slight mispronunciation for a medicine's name. Not to mention for being belittled for "not having enough visits" despite each visit being 300 dollars. This place needs to be shut down. It's sad because this is our and some people's only solution.

Went for a dentist appointment. They got me in early and seen whats wrong. Even let me back in after i changed my mind to have my wisdom tooth removed. Very nice ladies

I can't believe this place is still open and running I have sat 6 hours in this waiting room with only one or two ahead of me everyone acts like they don't want to be there and they can't stand to be bothered it's really sad because I still have no insurance need somewhere like this to go but if it's not a good welcoming positive environment then I say no thanks my teeth fall out and my health will deteriorate but they shouldn't be so rude just because I don't have insurance and I'm low income that I'm not good enough to be seen by any doctor or dentist whoever owns this should definitely should empty it out start over fire every one of these employees in this building for a nasty disposition and start over with a new attitude friendly positive that will make us feel welcome no telling how many people have died with sickness after these people with no education have seen to them

Please read reviews! Wish I would have! Christopher Cole, (who I will not refer to as Doctor because he does not deserve that recognition regardless of his education), is the most obnoxious, abhorrent, arrogant, narcissistic, loathsome, rude, detestable, repugnant, revolting, nauseating, horrid excuse for a human I have ever come across. I so wish my daughter had her phone on record the day she went in to expose him for the insufferable person he is because I am sure he has some kind of protection from the board of directors there or else why is he still on staff with as many complaints as I have now seen. She just recently lost her insurance and just wanted to get ahead of the game and went in to talk about her conditions and medication. He actually told her he would send her to a psychiatrist if she started “cutting up”! My daughter who is very responsible with her care and her life came out of there in tears and that is so not her. She is very articulate and educated. She knows how to speak to people but she was constantly cut off trying to explain things to him. I guess he has “p” envy and the only thing he thinks can prove he is a so called man is treating people like they are dirt beneath his feet. Boy, you need to humble yourself and realize you are in a position of service to people and look back on your oath as a doctor. We will never set foot inside this place again. And Google review will not be the only way I will be reaching out to let people know about this joke of a doctor.

I am giving this review immediately. Doctor Coleman, if you're reading this — humble yourself. If I ever decide to come back to your office, you will not talk to me like a troubled child. I paid to be there and to be understood, not to have you roll your eyes every time I expressed a concern, when I was even able to make a response. Not speaking up against your poor attitude was a mistake on my part; but being a new patient seeking help, I was just in shock at how you spoke to me, rolled your eyes at answers to questions that you asked me, and just the blatant disregard to even care. Your poor nurse assistant was just standing in the corner like an abused puppy until you left, then decided to give me helpful advice to an issue that you robbed of validation. Maybe I'm not the one who needs medication to feel better. The fact that people have been complaining for over half a decade and it hasn't been addressed is insane. Also, don't tell me to speak up when you don't even listen to begin with. This is constructive criticism. Please use it to do better for your staff and your patients. I hope you enjoy the bitter day you've been reliving for the last 6 years.

Waited in empty waiting room for half an hour after appointment time. Sat in a room waiting for doctor for additional half hour. Doctor Cole was aloof and unfriendly and spent more time washing his hands than he did examining the patient (my husband). He acted like a holier than thou drill seargent and we were the lowliest of recruits, and NOT allowed to use our voices. Spent an additional fifteen minutes after he left the room waiting for the prescription and discharge. When filling the prescription, we discovered that he had arbitrairily lowered the dosage WITHOUT DISCUSSING IT WITH US AT ALL. Now we have to get another appointment with a doctor that will actually COMMUNICATE with us so that we can get that straightened out. On the up side, all of the other staff are very friendly and helpful, it is only Doctor Christopher Cole who was the problem.

This place doesn’t even deserve a half of a star. He’s an arrogant thinks he’s better than everyone human being. You don’t treat people the way he does. I will never go back there! Dr. Cole needs his license taken away and shut down asap! Don’t talk to me like I’m stupid. I couldn’t even get one word in without him interrupting me. He don’t listen and frankly he don’t give a damn about his patients.
