Scheduled an appointment here last week over the phone and asked them to confirm they take my insurance (also confirmed through my insurance portal). They assured me that they did. When I got there for my appointment, the receptionist said she would need to call my insurance to get my information since I did not have a card. I got called back and went through the whole appointment just to go to the front desk to schedule my next visit and the receptionist tells me they don’t take my insurance and I’ll need to pay 100% out of pocket. Very frustrated with how they handled this & I feel taken advantage of. Such a shame because I really liked the hygienist & dentist.
