Dr Gonzales and the team do amazing job with our son’s ortho work. The scheduling is a bit challenge to find, as my son is in high school and can’t miss classes, but the front desk helps getting us scheduled around his schedule. And we recently received refund for insurance overpayment, which is a nice thing that we did not expect. Thank you!

Friendly, professional, HONEST staff - went in for a procedure that had to be expanded a bit, only got charged for the original one. I don't need any more orthodontist work but if you do I definitely recommend them.

Love the service Dr. Gonzales and his staff provide. Very professional and helpful. We had to call Dr. Gonzales in emergency because my son's brace's wire broke and got stuck into his cheek. He came over to the clinic outside of business hours and help us fix it. Really appreciate it. His staff is very courteous and flexible for appointments you need for braces. They deserve more than 5 stars!!

I came in here for a free consultation regarding Invisalign. Everything was going fine up until I had to take X-rays. I have a couple facial piercings and a lot of ear piercings. It was totally valid of them to ask me to take some jewelry out during the X-ray. I took out what I could. The woman who took my X-ray was very polite. I can’t say the same for the manager lady working there. Diana, a Caucasian woman about 60yrs old absolutely loved giving me her uninvited opinions about my facial piercings. She said I shouldn’t ruin my beautiful face and something along the lines of “oh it’s just a phase” you’ll grow out of it, comparing me to her own children. I can understand how she was just trying to keep small talk going while we were waiting for Dr. Gonzalez to walk in, but I think it was completely inappropriate to rant about her own opinions, especially coming from someone who has altered their own face with fillers.. telling me what I should and shouldn’t do to my own face. I understand that she was probably completely unaware that she was crossing boundaries, as I just sat their silently with “mhms” “hahas” and “okays”. She also went on about tattoos, not knowing I have lots of tattoos (because I was completely covered that day). She wasn’t outwardly rude to me, I understand it’s an old school opinion, and maybe she doesn’t see many women like me. It made me very uncomfortable nevertheless, especially when I was already feeling insecure about my messed up teeth. When Dr. Gonzales walked in he was very professional and knowlagable. But it seemed like he was in a rush helping other patients… I left feeling like I wasn’t confident enough to make a big financial decision and life decision (I’m only 22yrs old and paying for this with my own money). I ended up going somewhere else for a second opinion and liked them much better as they didn’t judge me for how I looked, took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, and well, gave me a better price too! If you’re a normal looking person with no piercings or tattoos, you should go here! They seem very knowledgeable and experienced. But if you’re just a little bit different… don’t go here as you are not welcome and understood by all employees here.

I would also like to mention two things. First, they told me I would have to extract two teeth to fix my overbite. The other place I went to said that would potentially mess up my facial balance as it would make my face flat. Instead, they said they could shave in between my teeth to correct the overbite, but also give me the same facial balance I already have if not better. That also saves me 3 grand on tooth extractions. Second, I did not bring this to their attention while I was in the office. I move off of first impressions. I’m sure they would have apologized to me if voiced how I felt. I like to stay quiet, and let people talk, so I can see what they are really like.

For our first visit we arrived early and they took us right away. The office is clean and bright and there is more than enough staff to accommodate you. The doctor was very pleasant and spent plenty of time with us to answer all questions. The office manager was great and explained all costs and payment plans. By the time I got home I had an email with full copies of the X-rays and a complete recap of the visit. I was very impressed with their attention to detail.

Son had his braces. Very kind, professional, and gentle they way they put the braces and I was allowed to watch how it was done. It was worth every penny you pay. Do not go anywhere else. Dr Gonzalez the best.
