Had my teeth cleaned by Taylor. She did a good job on my teeth. I meet David and he checked my teeth. He was very nice. Everyone at this dentist office is very nice and friendly. The dentist office is always very clean. I would definitely recommend this dentist office.

I'm a new patient with Dr Herald. My experience with his practice has been amazing. From Stephanie, who greets you with authentic smile, to Kim who is gentle, informative and caring, to Dr. Herald, who is thorough and professional. Also, I had to cancel an appointment due to a migraine. I canceled only an hour before my scheduled appointment. Stephanie was understanding and considerate. Called later that day to ask if I would be able to come in three days later due to a cancelation and asked how I was feeling. Long review I know. I was able to get a same-day appointment when suffering from a very bad toothache. I was made to feel very comfortable by assistant Rachel and dentist Eve Pence. I had A very thorough testing of what was going on with my tooth, which was diagnosed as a need for root canal and possibly a cap or some kind of tooth implant. The office was very kind to send the x-ray and diagnosis to my own personal dentist in California. Fortunately, I was given an antibiotic to stop the pain and clear the infection in time for my visit to my own dentist. This was super excellent care and very thorough explanation of my choices regarding treatment either in Arizona or California. I am so grateful that this dental office was able to fit me in the same day. I called in pain and take such good care of me. I could not recommend it more highly.

I had a modest wait for my hygienist to be available for my appointment. She was very good and efficient. I had a set of X-rays this time. She did a preliminary assessment of them and said they looked good. The dentist came in at one point, asked a few questions, checked the X-rays, did a quick but thorough examination of my teeth, and confirmed that they were in good condition. A nice, painless cleaning, and my insurance covered everything. I was on my way just under an hour from the time of my appointment. I will keep coming back for this quality dental care.

My recent visit was my 2nd after having cleaning and exam one month earlier - which was very well done by Machelle. I needed a crown replacement. Dr. Herald is quite pleasant and proficient. He allowed me to pass on the Novocain. His equipment is state of the art compared to my previous dentist. I asked at the end for sandblasting and a patch at the top edge of a lower front tooth. He did that quite nicely and for a very reduced price as I was already paying for the expendables and other!

First and last time I will go to this Dental Office. Lots of bells and whistles in this dental office.....So.....if you don't agree with them, you get the "boot" and that Doc will tell you...."you are not a "fit" for us!? Wow! It is my body and my mouth and MY decision on what I want/need. That should always be ok! These folks do not understand how to treat people. All I wanted today was a cleaning! That's it! I guess they just don't like it when you don't agree with what they want to do! So, my husband felt the same way...his appt was ahead of mine. We both agree that THIS dentist and office is definitely NOT a "fit" for us! Beware....
I left the office and even tho the hygienist said she was finished.....I could clearly tell that only HALF my teeth were clean on one side. Beware of this Dental Office, unless you enjoy all the bells and whistles, and like being talked down to. I also really dislike hearing other staff members being rude to each other. Staff being verbally rude to another colleague, in front of clients is really horrible.
