Jen Mashburn is hands down the best. I’ve never felt more comfortable at dental office than I have at Deal Family Dental. They are professional, compassionate and most importantly competent! This staff is amazing and Jen made it seem effortless in her attention to detail and knowledge. We just moved to the area and had dental issues
Not only did they fit my husband in but me as well
I have severe anxiety over going to the dentist and they made going to a new environment so so welcoming and comfortable. It was unbelievable.
They felt like friends once you walked in the door !
The office manager came back to check on me to make sure that I was comfortable and another lady gave me a quick little walk-through the facility, that made it more comfortable for me as well
The girls there are very detailed oriented which is important to me
I am going to go forward with my plans of further dental work
I am feeling good about the process going forward and if you need dental work done, this is the place to come check out !!
DR Sapata was so kind and just a down to earth Girl,, LOVE that!

It saddens me to have to write this but if you are looking for a dentist in this area, DO NOT use Deal Dental. I do have private dental insurance and I needed a crown. The lady that wrote up the estimate said I was covered for this procedure under my policy. It was not. My year wait for this type of procedure was actually 2 weeks from the date they scheduled me in, did the procedure and then billed my insurance which was subsequently denied. I would have gladly waited the 2 weeks if I had known. Verifying insurance policies is as simple as looking it up on the computer or calling the carrier. I have never had to verify my own insurance when keeping an appointment with a health facility of any kind, but I should have for this dental office. I cannot understand why verification did not happen. I am a single income family, I pay my bills on time, I pay for my insurance premium so I have dental insurance to cover these types of costs, and I am having to pay for the entire crown out of my pocket because of a "mistake". I understand things happen but when you are in this type of business and you are charging for a fairly expensive procedure, I think it would be office policy to verify insurance. So now, I am out another $600 +. And the only excuse I got was 1) "we see a number of people during the week and these things just happen" and 2)" we try to keep these things from happening but....." . The "I'm sorry's" and "I understand how you feel" does not compensate for the money I am out for this clinic all the while having dental insurance I pay for out of my pocket. You do not know how I feel and as far as being sorry, I am the one that is sorry for using this clinic. I had scheduling problems when I made my first appointment a year ago and I live about 35-40 minutes away. I had scheduled my first appointment and the person that scheduled it, did not record it in the schedule. I drove all the way up there just to be told the appointment was never scheduled, had to reschedule and I had to make and extra trip just to get a first appointment. That should have been my red flag that this office does not pay attention to details and is not efficient. I will say that the hygienists are very nice and helpful but maybe Deal needs to rethink office policy and customer service. I will not be back because there is no way I can afford $1100+ a year for mistakes, and I WILL NOT recommend this clinic to anyone, ever. Very disappointing.

Great Team approach to Dentistry, I get two cleaning per year and always a thorough checkup. When I've had something done on a tooth it is quality workmanship.

I took my son there and they filed down his front tooth and then he had a grap between his teeth. It looked horrible. They were very rude would not recommend them to anyone. We went next door to Todd Swann and he was awesome and staff was great.
