I’ve had my fair share of bad dental experiences in the past, so I was honestly nervous about trying a new dentist. But I can confidently say that Define Dentistry and Dr. Charlie have completely changed how I feel about dental care.

Dr. Charlie is by far the most gentle, professional, and kind dentist I’ve ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease, and Dr. Charlie took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything thoroughly. Not once did I feel rushed or uncomfortable.

This was my second time going to define dentistry and they are amazing. Dr. Charlie is an amazing dentist and I love how honest she is about everything. She’s the most gentlest dentist that I have ever gone to. Her hygienist was very thorough and did an amazing job with polishing my teeth. Sherry at the front desk made sure that I had everything covered and nothing was a surprise out of pocket cost. They are all an amazing team and I have now chosen my dentist that I will be brining my family too.

I had my first visit today and was very impressed! The entire staff was amazing. Right when I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. My cleaning was excellent and she was so nice and easy to talk to. Gave great tips on home care hygiene. Exam was good and informative. Billing was explained in such good detail. I'm definitely happy to have found Dr. Charlie's office for my husband and I. Give them a try. They are so nice. You won't be disappointed.

I usually have really bad experiences at dentists so I was really nervous for my appointment. To say I had a good experience at this dentist would be an understatement!! The staff were so kind, they made me feel so comfortable, and I can confidently say I LOVED my cleaning experience. Dr. Charlie is so sweet, and all her staff is so reassuring, kind, and welcoming. You can tell they really care about the patient’s comfort!!

Our whole experience at Define Dentistry was five star and that is why our long drive from Hercules seems like a well worthwhile trip.
Staff are very professional and kind which includes everyone from Dr Charlie, Dr Zoya , Shelley and the hygienist/ assistants. The environment is so welcoming and friendly that you feel more like you are in a “spa”

Dr. Charlie and her staff were so friendly and caring during my appointment. I am always extremely picky when it comes to two things: my dental visits and my haircuts. I had no need to worry because they really took their time to make my every need was taken care of. Everything in the office was state-of-the-art equipment and really clean and organized. Dr. Charlie is conservative with treatment and listens well to patient concerns. Everyone explains procedures and treatments so that you can understand what is happening, why, and how you can prevent problems in the future.
