Awesome service. I’ve used them a couple of times before and was happy, but this time they got my kid’s oxygen approved and ready to go in less than 24 hours, this is after we fought for months with Lincare. I am so grateful for them going the extra mile for us.

This company goes above and beyond on customer service. Their prices are wonderful. All of the staff have gone out of their way to provide me with the best and most comfortable system for my sleep problem. They have been very efficient checking with my insurance company to let me know what is being paid for. They have done follow ups with me to make sure my needs were met. It is wonderful to have such a good provider here in Harrison. Please give them a try if you are needing medical supplies.

Requested a hospital bed. Was not specific that it needed to be electric. So we were not able to raise the bed or adjust the foot part. Purchased mattress. Tried to use once then had to develop a way to get friend in real bed.
I called knowing that I would not get a refund for mattress. I ask that the brand new mattress be donated to someone who couldn’t afford. Had to argue with manager as I ask that the person getting mattress call me as I wanted to be sure they weren’t charged.
Not even 1 penny refund on bed. Medical equipment companies are not friends of those who have to pay out of pocket. Juicing insurance companies.
