As usual, the service was exceptional. The staff at desks are always so courteous and kind. Elaina takes care of my hygienic needs perfectly; she does such a good job for me. Mara has been the most wonderful ! She is so kind, always inviting and she remembers conversations from last visit and the previous one she always makes me feel so welcome there. The staff is extremely kind and everyone is so attentive. The doctor had been extremely kind both of them that I had seen. I would definitely recommend this place to other people because of the staff ❤️❤️

Dental arts of Surprise is full of nothing but customer focused professionals. From being greeted at the front desk to the hygienist to the doctor to everyone in between! They were all an absolute pleasure to be around. I felt comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process of my procedure. And their follow up is very timely. Top notch organization! Even though this is an excellent practice my scheduling got mixed up and was scheduled for an 1 hr appt for cleaning when I just needed a 30 minute evaluation x-rays and exam, it still took an hour which made me a little late for work, however it was a great outcome and they are very informative and the front desk answered many questions I had while I was waiting.

By far the best location and I have been to a lot of many places around the US.

I was recommended by my wife as she found Dental Arts of Surprise as they use Nitrous Oxide for deep cleaning. I scheduled an appointment, and it was quick, the office is beautiful, and the staff and Dentists are great. Highly recommended.

I trust Dr. Eberhart and all of the other doctors and assistants and staff there. I can always trust that they will do what is needed and never push me, or my husband, into doing a more expensive/unneeded procedure. They keep accurate records of treatment and special needs for each of us. They are great!

The service I received yesterday was great. BUT the referral to Bradley Hammond MD DDS was not good. Hammond does not accept Medicare or Tricare For Life. I did not discuss my dental insurance with them because I will not go to a doc who does not accept Medicare and Tricare For Life. He will only accept Blue Cross.
