This is my first visit to Dental Associates of Florida Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry and I was pleasantly surprised. Starting with a very competent and customer-friendly staff, I had detailed X-rays of my teeth done, in preparation for the meeting with Jason Bevins, DDS. I found him to be very knowledgeable, competent, and, above all, personable. He reviewed the X-rays and determined the right treatment plan for me moving forward, which this time, focused on a teeth cleaning plan. One of his hygienists showed up to do an evaluation of my gums and teeth, to determine how much cleaning I needed to address all issues she encountered. Like me, she speaks Spanish and she was accommodating, switching to Spanish to make it easy on me to understand what she was recommending. Fortunately, they were able to give me my first cleaning appointment in the afternoon. The hygienist that saw me in the morning was the one that did my cleaning. She did a comprehensive cleaning with care, and constantly checking on me and my pain/discomfort tolerance. She patiently did a cleaning that lasted a whole hour. She was very nice and competent, answered all my questions and she ended up helping me schedule my next cleaning appointment. I am very detail-oriented and I can't say that I found anything unpleasant about this practice overall!!! I will recommend this practice to family and friends!!!

This office is a spectacular representation of Dentistry Excellence. From reception to attention to future coordination, this team works. Ms Christine was so professional in her role as Dental Hygienist and did such a wonderful job at the multiple factors that must be covered w/such a visit. Dr Dewan was very knowledgeable in his assessment and offered numerous options to serve the needs of my teeth and gums. Ms Diane and Larissa were very courteous and helpful as well. The manager, Teresa, was very skilled at giving direction to her staff and assuring the quality of the service and the comfort of the patient. I easily give this location 5 stars!

Had a new patient visit yesterday. Being anxious when it comes to dental care I was uncertain changing providers; with a move from out of state it was necessary. I was pleasantly greated by office staff which helped ease my concern. I was taken to the exam area promptly.
The clinical staff person was very professional and friendly; she completed my x-rays and explained the office procedures making me very comfortable. The dentist was thorough, he provided a full explanation of concerns identified and provided care options to consider. The hygienist continued my initial evaluation and advised me on plan for scheduling a cleaning appointment.
The office staff assisted with a return appointment for the recommended cleaning.
I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new dental provider to give them a try, I think you'll be pleased, just as I was.

My appointment was moved up several days due to a cancellation which was great. I was seen exactly on time. This was my first cleaning here and my hygienist Max was excellent. Efficient and thorough and explained everything. Will be back in 6 months 👍.

I felt rushed by the staff who seemed interested in efficiency at the expense of personal service. In addition. It was insulting to pay 3% or $30 to,pay my bill because I forgot my debit card. We have stellar credit. The rep who took my payment was not cordial and didn’t have good customer service skills. She was intent on business only and had no care for my concerns. We will seek another more customer friendly dentist who exhibits more care and respect for us. Forking over thousands of dollars to an office unconcerned about our personal concerns is unacceptable.

I went to this office for the first time and it was so beautiful! The office staff is friendly and welcoming. When I got into an exam room, I was presented with insurance and billing options with the suggestion of waiting for preauth from my insurance if that made me more comfortable. I didn’t feel pressured in any way and the staff was accepting of my decision! They were cooperative and kind! I truly appreciated that!

The offices and rooms are spotless and state of the art, the staff friendly and efficient. I have never waited longer than five minutes to be taken back. The dental hygienist was thorough and kept checking to make sure I was okay, which I was. I've been happy every time I've been, even when having a cavity refilled, and thank you all!
