I have been a patient of Dr. Cawleys since the 90’s… I have been very satisfied with the treatment received from my initial visit. Dr. Cawley and his staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Cawley personally comes in to speak with me and see how things are going with my visit as well as personally. The office is always clean and environment is very pleasant. I highly recommend Dental Concepts!

It was my baby 1st time ever at a dentist appointment and she looked so nervous but once the cleaning started her caretaker made her so comfortable I smiled the whole time I love it lol look at glasses thanks a lot staff

Giving it one star because due to me missing my last appointment he and the office refuses to reschedule me for an appointment for AN UNFINISHED ROOT CANAL THAT HE STARTED IN MY MOUTH . So I apologize for being the single parent of a 4 month old and not being able to make the appointment that was set . But that’s what comes with having a newborn and trying to work. Things happen, i do have a life and when I have to choose between an appointment and my newborn being in good health I’m going to choose my baby every time . I already had a hard time finding a dentist that accepts adults with Medicaid . I was in pain at the time of coming here so I was desperate and trusted this business to work inside of my mouth . Never had I had a dentist to start work and refuse to finish over a missed appointment. I’m 23 years old tf I look like walking around with an unfinished root canal in my mf mouth . But I will be talking to someone about this situation. I don’t recommend coming here if you have an actual life outside of having a dental appointment. My baby comes first and due to her rsv the last thing that was on my mind was calling to let you know about it . I didn’t even realize I missed my own damn appointment that’s just how focused I was on my mf baby . I was urged to leave a review after my first appointment but I’m glad i personally decided to wait until the service I came there for was completed, but since it will not be getting completed, this is my final review.

I really enjoyed my visit. There truly was no over booking and I received the personal care and attention that I needed. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The receptionist appeared to ove her job. The Dental Hygienists was the bomb. She showed so much love and affection. Dr. Cawley gave me sound advice concerning my issue. I look forward to my next visit

Dental Concepts LLC is a family friendly environment, with a friendly atmosphere. The staff g greet you with a soft voice and a nice smile, oh and service is great. I highly recommend Dental Concepts LLC

Was planning on coming to this particular office for some dental work because my niece was going there for a root canal and she said so far she was having a good experience but after hearing them refuse to finish the root canal in her mouth that they started I’ll take my business else where. I don’t have time for that.

Dr. Cawley and his staff are very customer service oriented. They give quality dental care.

I've never had such an amazing experience with a dentist, they were super gentle and talkative and it made me alot more comfortable no judging or anything just pure friendship and kindness will be going back for anything else
