Dental Dreams

Absolutely horrible. The dentist we’ve had is really kind & very understanding, but the front staff is an absolute wreck. Forgetting to upload important paperwork, rarely answering the phone, never go back at your scheduled time. Just super unprofessional in general. Which sucks, because the place could actually be really awesome if front staff upped their game. The dentist we’ve had always listens & addresses our concerns, it really is just the front staff for us. I understand they’re understaffed, but then they need to be realistic about wait times & scheduling, & come up with a system so they don’t forget to upload important paperwork. As well as for answering phones, because rarely ever being able to get ahold of somewhere there is unacceptable.

Had my first appointment and I was very pleased they're working with me and my schedule so I can get my new teeth. Very friendly people wasn't full the time I went. Answered all my questions I recommend this place

The first time i ever went here they forgot about me and I sat for 4 hours. The second time I went they rushed 2 fillings and did a real bang up job on a scaling. My whole mouth hurts and my tongue is raw to the point it's hard to swallow because the filling in my front tooth feels like licking a piece of dry coral. Would absolutely never recommend unless there is no other options.

This Dental dream is so worse they don’t know the value of time .Dentists and front desk employees are just here in the Dental for hours . I visited so many times no changes at all . Dentists kept my daughters for hours and keep talking each other even didn’t introduce with patients they think that they’re everything..Actually an appointment was at 2:00 pm for 2 kids and 2:30 pm for another kid they didn’t start at 3:00 pm it’s so ridiculous why someone not taking care of this unhealthy behavior and environment..The worse part they keep looking us and going around. My suggestion or advice to the owner is don’t schedule an appointment if you don’t have enough employees please.

Twice I pulled my son out of school early and left work early to go here for an appointment set up through insurance, the first time they "didn't have anything in the system" and rescheduled me for the following week...2nd AND LAST TIME I show up and their system to the insurance is down. NO PHONE CALL OR FORM OF COMMUNICATION! WILL NEVER EVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! ALSO THE STAFF IS RUDE AND INCOMPETENT

One of the hygienists that were cleaning my teeth were so unprofessional. The tool she was using she was just waving that around in my mouth with no precision. She kept on dragging it along my lips too. I think I could have done a better job and been more accurate with the tool even without the degree. The assistant with her was very kind though.

One of if not THEE most unprofessional, non caring, and inept group of staff I've ever seen. The number one issue is communication. I took someone for an appointment only to see a sign on the door that they were closed. I called the next week and asked them why no courtesy call was given and the staff member said" we called everybody". Well apparently not because there were no missed calls or voicemails left from this place. Secondly, you can call the place up to 100 times in a day and NO ONE will answer the phone! When they do they are rushed. They give wrong times and dates and then blame you for their faults. This place has no right to operate and a whole new team who needs and wants a job and cares about others needs to be employed.

Absolutely terrible service. They don't even put the appointment in data base and telling you the day that you dont have an appointment. Then they are so booked that you can't even get in. You get a message reminding you of your appointment but they don't even have it in. Honestly, I wouldn't even go there for your sake. I would have gave then no stars.
