⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dr. Juliana & the team at Dental Esthetics Studio are really fantastic. I’ve been going here for years and they always make me feel more confident about the health and esthetics of my smile. For an in city dentistry office, they offer excellent parking options conveniently located in the parking deck of their building.

✅ One thing I love is that they’re able to make same day crowns for patients if need be, I’ve done this as well as the other approach of getting temporary crowns and coming back to secure the real crown later. They really care about you, one time in between a visit, I had some sales work to do and while their team grabbed lunch, they let me use an office to complete some critical work. My crown was ready by the time I was finished with my work!

?‍?‍?‍? I’ve referred many of my family and friends here and will continue to make the drive all the way from Woodstock, GA. to Atlanta to get the 5-star treatment that they provide.

? Luckily, I’ve never needed any type of dental implants or emergency work, however they’ve helped some of my hockey friends ? that have been hit with sticks and pucks in the mouth too! One of my friends even gets his clear aligners from them to get his teeth back in line!

Dental Esthetics Studio is among the best dental offices I’ve ever experienced. From the time I walk into your office until leaving my appointments, I notice that your team takes great care to make the patient experience pleasant. The office has a well decorated modern contemporary feel and the front desk staff greets customers with a genuine smile. Appointments are timely and if for any reason there is a delay, the staff issues an explanation and a sincere apology. Dr. Eslava is both personable and a master of her craft. The two dental assistance that I’ve had an opportunity to experience, Trish and Jose, are both customer focused and highly competent in their work. They both consistently check on the comfort of the patient as work is being done and freely shares information so that customers/patients understand procedures. The administrative team is always on hand to explain next steps and patient obligations before procedures are done. As a customer service trainer myself, it is always a joy to do business with organizations that are committed to mastering the art of creating a great experience for their patients/customers. I initially chose this dental office because it was easy to get to and had great reviews, but I decided to stay because their customer service went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, they made sure to understand my comfort level with dental visits, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch.

During my check-up, they not only focused on my oral health but also took the time to ask about my goals for my teeth. They made sure I understood my options and where I stood with my budget, which I really appreciated. I never felt pressured into getting services I wasn’t ready for or that were outside of my financial comfort zone. They also asked if I wanted to change anything about my smile but did so in a way that didn’t feel pushy.

Overall, my experience was excellent, and I’ll definitely be referring them to my loved ones.

As someone who is not a fan of going to the dentist, this is a great office! Everyone is super friendly and the decor/decorations really help lessen anxiety. They even have a TV with movies playing on the ceiling for you to watch while they examine/clean your teeth. The dental hygienist, Elizabeth, did a great job and was very personable.

Edit for second visit: I know it’s weird to say about the dentist, but I love coming here!! Clean and modern space, the receptionist is so helpful in advising me on my insurance, Elizabeth (my dental hygienist) did such a great cleaning and got all of the plaque out, really professional team and always a lovely experience!!

I have a daughter who has Down Syndrome & on Medicaid. NO DENTIST accepted Medicaid! So I searched & came across DES. They didn’t accept it either, but after reading the reviews, I decided to why not try them. As I continued to look, I saw they had 3 different “memberships”. It was the best decision to take my daughter there. The staff was AMAZING!!! The atmosphere was great! Most importantly, they treated my daughter with respect. Worked with her & talked with her to her understanding!! We “joined” & certainly will be back.
