I am 100% pleased with Dr. Wilibur as my dentist. For 20 years I’d been wanting to find a dentist I had enough confidence in to replace a crown on a front tooth. I knew he was the one and I sure was right. It’s done and I could not be happier. He explained everything and gave me complete confidence. I would give home more than five stars if that were and option.

My friend just had her wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Matthew Welebir. First of all, the people at the clinic didn’t inform her about the cost until right before she had her procedure. She felt cornered and as if they were blaming her for their lack of communication when *she* had to call to confirm she was even having the procedure in the first place. Fast forward to him doing the procedure, and the practice waited until AFTER to bill her when she was in pain and disoriented from being in surgery. THEN he didn’t send her pain medication to the pharmacy (her procedure was at 1PM on a Wednesday) and even though we called multiple times to try to get it moved to another pharmacy so she could get the medication before bedtime to help with the pain, the clinic gave her the run around and said he didn’t send it, and that he was in surgery basically the entire day the next day so couldn’t send it. But he didn’t send it even after getting out of surgery, and when we kept calling the clinic they said sorry, he flew to Las Vegas. WHAT? And the pharmacy said she wouldn’t be able to get the pain meds until Friday or Monday. Meanwhile, my poor friend has been in pain from having her freaking teeth pulled out of her face and is bleeding everywhere and just has to be okay with being in pain from Wednesday to Monday? And it’s impossible to get in touch with the dentist to have the prescription sent anywhere else and all of it is just outrageous, unprofessional, unethical, poorly planned (not planned at all!), and completely oblivious/uncaring to the needs of the patient. I’m obviously furious for my friend, but I also think this should serve as a warning for everyone coming to this clinic or having any experience with this doctor. Be very wary!

Best exam and cleaning I have had in over 20 years. The assistant did a wonderful job taking x-rays (no problems with waiting too long to remove the "film" from my mouth and the pieces of 'film' did not hurt). The dentist was thorough with his exam and let me decide if I wanted to replace a crown or wait and see– crowned tooth not causing problems and not painful and has had the issue for years when a previous dentist drilled through the existing crown. The hygienist did a deep clean on my teeth and they truly feel clean. Unlike other dentists this hygienist cleaned and cleaned and cleaned. Nothing was painful but I could tell she was doing a great job. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Leanne was my Dental Assistant with Dr. Juan ! She is the absolute sweetest ! Dr. Juan is very gentle as well ! Front desk ladies are also very sweet !

I recently visited the Loma Linda Dental Faculty Associates for a teeth cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From start to finish, the staff was welcoming and professional. Dr. Natalie was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease.

Heather, the dental hygienist who performed my cleaning, was very good. She was thorough, gentle, and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Her skill and attention to detail were impressive, and I left with my teeth feeling cleaner than ever.

I look forward to my next appointment and hope to have Heather again for my cleaning. I highly recommend the Dental Facility Associates to anyone in need of top-notch dental care!

Silvia, the dental assistant was so kind and informative. She made me feel comfortable and less nervous because of how she was toward me. Mercedes in the front desk was very kind as well.
Dr. Vega also provided me with descriptive details about my dental health and came up with a great plan for me. I am looking forward to returning for my treatments/cleanings. Thank you all 🙂
