Stay away or you will be sorry! This comment is not towards the Doctor himself but the office in general. We called to get an estimate/evaluation for wisdom teeth removal for my daughter. We were told that the evaluation/estimate was free. We went and when we got the estimate/evaluation, it was about $600 more than what they told us on the phone. Also, the doctor is out of network for my insurance. We decided to use a different dentist, because he was in my insurance network and my wife's. Fast forward to today 2 months later, I get an email saying a claim has been completed. Apparently, Dr. Molpus billed my insurance for the visit and the insurance paid it. The office uses deceptive practices and lies to customers. They lie to get you in the door and then push prices on you that are higher than what you were quoted. Do yourself a favor and use a different dentist.

Dr. Molpus and his team were fantastic for my wisdom teeth removal. They were able to get me in on short notice due to me traveling. Because both of my teeth were impacted I had to undergo IV sedation. I have a huge fear of needles so I was very anxious and scared. Dr. Molpus prescribed me Valium to take before my appointment to calm my nerves and it helped so much. The nurse Melissa was the sweetest, she held my hand and continued to keep me calm for the whole process until I was asleep for my surgery. I remember waking up laughing and being wheeled out to the car by Melissa. Dental implant docs made the whole experience so much better than I imagined. I was also able to manage the pain with only Tylenol and Ibuprofen. It’s been 2 months post op and both of my holes have finally closed with no issues. I highly recommend them!!

Everyone apart of the office was great, scheduling was easy, consultation was pretty much done for me, day off was amazing. The entire team talked me through was going to happen, even calmed my nerves when I was physically nervous. Dr. Molpus talked to me before the procedure and even gave a call later that night.
The nurse who gave me my IV gave me the best experience, she was able to give me the IV with no pain and told me everytime she put something in there. This office if full of informative staff, and a very good doctor.

Worst post op care ever. I should have known something was up when my consult was 2 hours late. Sometimes it’s not the doctors fault but incompetence of the office manager who then stated to me that I would be the second black person to walk out of Dr Molpus office that day. Should have kept going. My experience of post op with this black woman was awful. Very condescending, rude, was not honest with neither my dentist who referred me nor my pain management doctor. Nor my husband for that matter. Definitely will not repeat this experience no matter how good Dr Molpus is. That’s too bad because he is good. But my treatment in aftercare is just as important to me.

I highly recom3nd Steven Molpus D.D.S. for all your oral surgery needs. I'm a seventy-two-year-old man that has had two surgeries performed by Dr.Molpus that were quite extensive. Both surgeries required removal of some jawbone both top and bottom. I was extremely pleased with both surgeries. Not only the result, but NO PAIN recoveries. Dr. Molpus has adopted the use of EXPAREL non opioid injectable pain killer. This product is amazing.

Both surgeries were accomplished under anesthesia, then prior to awaking Dr. Molpus injects the surgical area, and Walla, you wake up pain free. Exparel does not leave the affected area limp or numb like traditional dental pain reliever, and it had a seventy-two hour effectiveness for me. Prior to the surgery his staff took precise computer-generated images of my upper and lower haw, determined proper bite, this was loaded into a computer to build a computer-generated workable template that can preplan the precise placement of implant studs, bone removal, etc. During surgery his instruments will only function if he us in the proper template alignment.

This is not a gum-shoe facility, Dr. Molpus surgical facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technological equipment.

The entire experience, and his staff is top notch. Let me introduce you to a few. Susan is a gem, she is a master at final fitting of dental appliances. She's highly respected and has trained numerous others in her skill. Trudi is the most pleasant lady you will ever meet, Trudi did much of the surgery prep and explained much to me. Hunter is the tech guy; he loves his work and might very well be the individual that takes or prepares your images for the surgeon. Lacey is the sweetest voice that you hear when you call the office. Courtney, Tiffani, Ashley, Ivy, and Ayden all have specific duties and responsibilities. All pleasant, courteous, and accommodating. Dr. Molpus has assembled a team that took great care of me throughout my procedures.

Dr. Molpus and his team are absolutely amazing! I had my top 2 wisdom teeth removed and the entire process went smoothly! I zoomed the Doc and nurse before my appt and they made me feel so comfortable. Surgery day went smoothly, too. They made me laugh and feel comfortable. 10/10!!
